It took months for the incorrect windows to arrive and then I had to wait months again for the correct windows. After getting the correct ones in, the employee who was installing the windows advised one of the windows was sized incorrectly and that he would need to come back again. I had to take off work again to deal with the incompetence, and it turns out he'd put the wrong windows in the frames. This cost me missed time from work and all I received were excuses. I feel I'm being nice giving them two stars.

He was so much more knowledgeable and provided me with several options to consider. Once the door arrived, Hal arranged delivery and installation. BEWARE-- THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS The owner Marlon Matthews…read moreripped me off for 500 bucks for a window replacement. He overcharged me and did a really half-ass job. He said he warranted the work but when moisture developed between the panes he came out and charged me another $100 for a caulk job that looks like it was done by a 4 year old. The moisture persisted-- He wouldn't come out to fix, wouldn't send me a receipt as I requested, wouldn't refund my money, won't answer my calls. I talked to Glass Doctors of Atlanta and they said the way he went about repairing the window is not correct. Furthermore they've heard of Marlon before and stated that he starts businesses under varying names all similar to Fast Glass, Fast Glass Pros, ASAP Glass, and that he's even copied their website and logo on occasion. Marlon said he worked for Glass Doctors of Atlanta but I spoke with the owner and he said that's a lie, Marlon has never worked for them. Glass Doctors of Atlanta said this job will cost around $300 to complete the proper way, with a piece of oven sealed thermal glass. I write this in the hopes others don't get scorched like I just did. It burns.
