Updated Review: I ordered 3 custom-sized window screens. The FIRST order arrived with bent window screens. I emailed and called a few times, but didn't receive a response from the company, until I wrote a negative review. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, after speaking with Bret directly on the phone, who sincerely apologized for the bent window screens and said he'd make it right. I decided to give the company a second chance. I understood that it could be FedEx's fault, but as a paying customer the order should still be trusted to arrive in perfect condition. The SECOND order also arrived with all 3 window screens bent. I sent the photos to Bret. He gave me the option to have a 3rd order sent or have my money refunded. I chose to give it one last shot because Bret seemed very genuine in trying to make it right. The THIRD order finally arrived with all the 3 window screens in good condition. The window screens themselves were made well and they fit the way they're supposed to in my windows. Despite the good quality of the products and though Bret was kind, the process was too much of a hassle to say that I'd order from them again. (Previous Review: Don't order from this company! I had the same issue as the previous reviewer! I should've checked Yelp before ordering my custom window screens from this company. I paid 2 shipping charges, extra for oversized Fedex shipping and all 3 window screens were delivered bent. I've left several voicemails with the company and no one has called me back! Great customer service! Every time I emailed them they were quick to respond. Each screen fit perfectly and when I realized I gave them the wrong dimensions on some of the screens, they were quick to have the new ones made. read more

Unhappy experience. My screen arrived today (I paid about $33 for shipping, $45 for the screen) and it was unevenly made and didn't fit. I ended up bending the screen AND destroying the paint of my window sill trying to get it in, but couldn't make it work. I wrote the company an admittedly pretty angry letter at this point. I got a phone call from the owner who was indignant over my "threatening" email and a defensive argument about the fine print that gives them 1/16th of an inch leeway. He told me I'd never be happy and refunded my money. So now I feel like a horrible person, I ripped up the paint on the side of my windowsill, and I still don't have a screen. Anyone know any other on-line screen businesses? I need about 20 replacement screens and a screen door. read more

First order received damaged. They didn't respond until I threatened to call bank and reverse charge. They sent replacement order. Damaged. They said I would be refunded within 3-4 days...wasn't. This business is a rip-off. Beware. read more

They mean well, but execution leaves much to be desired. My order (two simple screens) took three weeks from order to door. When it arrived I found one screen in the box, not two, even though the enclosed order confirm clearly stated there should be two screens. On top of that the one screen I received was made incorrectly even though I added a detailed note based on great input from Brett. To cancel my order and receive a refund I was instructed to "destroy" the shipped screen and take a picture of it and send it to them. Strange request I thought, but it worked. Not sure why they require this... They were always nice, polite, and helpful on the phone, no issues there, just too slow and they got it wrong to boot. read more

I would steer clear away from the window screen pros. The cost of the screen is essentially the cost of shipping. The customer customer service is non-existent. They are not worth the hassle or loss. read more

these guys shipped me a screen and FedEx bent it. They were unresponsive after 3 calls and 2 emails. FedEx needs them to waive their rights and they have not done so I I am out the cost of the screen and the shipping. They collected money for the screen and now will not help resolving it. They are crooks!! read more

Extremely unhappy. I ordered a screen three weeks ago that arrived bent. Their policy is to send them pictures asap so they can start the return process. I initially emailed customer service saying I had a bent screen and asked how to proceed with the return process. They emailed back asking for pictures of the screen and the box, which I sent immediately. One week later I had still heard nothing from them. I emailed again (asking if they'd received the pictures), called (no answer or option for voicemail), used the "Request a call" feature on their website, and texted a number that was provided on the website to handle returns. It is now week three and I have heard nothing back. At this point I don't want another screen. I want a refund or partial refund because of how this has been handled. I work for a small company and one of our customers has been without a screen for three weeks now because of this nonsense. Zero communication. I hope they read this because it is terrible to be out nearly $100 (50 for screen, $45 shipping) with radio silence in return. read more
