First of I made a deposit and waited almost 4 weeks to get my window installed. Then when they…read moreinstalled my window it had a crack in it. I would have expected them to send me an email letting me know the situation and the solution but they didn't . I had to follow up with them to make sure they were actually going to get it fixed. They took another week to finally fix it. I also caught one of there employees making a disturbing comment on my ring camera thinking it didn't work . I called them and advised them about the comment they had made and how I had it on video and they didn't seem to care . There employees were also seen the next morning really early in the morning sitting in there van in the neighborhood. Honestly really unprofessional and sketchy people.. I wouldn't trust them in my house without supervision at all times. They cared more about getting the remaining balance then their customer satisfaction or dealing with there employee's, even threaten to send me to collections and get a mechanical lien for 299 dollars All the attempts made by you guys where to collect the remaining balance . None of those attempts where to obtain the video or figure out why I was unsatisfied .
