It has been 4 months and still no doors. I've called multiple times asking for a call back and no one calls me back. One dispatcher or c.s. Rep even said I see you've called weekly yet no urgency has been expressed. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

It was brand new in the box, but they said it was damaged and still installed it without discussing it with us first. We were also charged the full installation price. I believe better communication and honesty would have made this a much better experience. I feel they didn't want to let us know about the damage on the door beforehand bc of job scope changed. Definitely feels like we got scammed for 6 floating shelves and holes in our walls. The work itself was good, but the lack of transparency left us with mixed feelings.

He would come up with excuses, he said his guys were learning which he never disclosed to me, He said he had bad service, he said he would call me later, he said he had an appointment, he said he was sick. He never came out to see the final work, although I had left messages for him and told him I was concerned and unsatisfied with the work. I asked for a refund. He no longer accepted my calls or responded to me. Beware of Lugo's handyman services. Incapable and dishonest. He will take your money but not complete the job.

Needing to make a change we went to Yelp and found Advance Doors. Chris followed up with me immediately...we arranged a meeting so that he could inspect the doors and give me a quote. Ultimately, I chose Advance Doors and Chris in particular because of his flexibility...during that first schedule meeting...my schedule changed suddenly and he instead met with my realtor. He adjusted to the change, no problem, and followed up with a reasonable quote to replace two old doors with new style track slide up doors with openers. I also had him instal a rollup door (like those on industrial business for my workshop(adjacent to the garage). We had to change the install dates a couple of time due to my schedule and the weather and through it all Chis was cool. He's a personable person, works efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the result and experience. I certainly recommend Advance Doors, I'm sure all the installers are just as awesome as Chris but that's who I'd ask for, based on my experience.

Jason was great! He was quick to come out and quote. Install appt took some time but understandable for waiting on materials to come in after ordering. Doing all the windows at once was too expensive so had him just do two solar screens on a few bedrooms that gets all the afternoon sun and a solar screen door on our side garage door for now. It's helped cool down the bedrooms so much more and helps with privacy. He did great work, was professional and nice. Marilyn was also helpful communicating with and scheduling the appt. We replaced the screens on our 2 sliding glass doors. The ones we had were worn out and tricky to open and lock. As senior citizens we were very concerned about the safety of malfunctioning exits from our living and bedrooms. Friends and neighbors were "buzzing" about The Screen Bee and Jason the installer. If I'd know about this company, their professional skills, a great screen builder, Scott, who had everything prepped, measured, cut and built, and the few hours he spent to get the job done, I'd have done this 20 years ago. Way better quality than the ones put in by our builder, and a completely built patio screen door that has steel wheels and much better handle.
