Michelle always kept us apprised of timelines, delays, etc. She must no longer work for Northwest because they don't call and when you call them you're still without answers. We purchased a bifold door that took much longer than anticipated to ship and then be installed. After install, we were told we couldn't use the door because the wrong panel shipped and there is no door handle. That was a month ago. No one has answers, no return calls, nothing.
