I am now updating this review to 5 stars because they were able to fit me in the very next day. They came out the very next morning and installed the tint on not 1 but 2 panes, and they offered a discount for the mixup. Now that the turf protect film is up it is fantastic! It's crystal clear with almost no color. On the outside it does look a bit like a mirror reflection. It looks almost identical to another non-tinted window in the same room. The team arrived on time this morning and the whole install was completed in under 30min. They are friendly, fast and efficient. Now I'm thinking about doing more windows:) Old review: Submitted project requests to multiple vendors for a single window pane to be tinted to prevent turf burn. Window Tint Films LV was prompt in their response and was the least expensive. Trudy called me Monday May 12th at 3:24pm and we spoke for under 3min. We discussed the type of film and agreed on a price. She said the soonest she could get me in would be May 20th at 7am. She wanted to do 7am because it was best to do it before the sun hits the window, it was early but I reluctantly agreed. Yesterday I thought it was strange when I never received a reminder confirmation (first red flag). I messaged this morning at 6:30am to confirm that they indeed were still coming today at 7am. Trudy responded promptly and apologized that she is not sure what happened and doesn't see me on the schedule and would need to find another day. read more

I reached out to Windows Tint Films in the summer when the sun was hitting my window and burning my newly installed turf. They showed up quickly to resolve my problem. The team was professional, knowledgeable and offered exceptional customer service (even in the 115 heat). I live in a windy part of the city and also had the backyard under construction during installation. Once construction was completed, I noticed dirt was trapped under the film and started to bubble. I called Trudy who immediately sent out the outstanding team to remove the old film and replace it - at no charge. This company goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I mainly wanted to get some window tint for my home office that faces East because the sun is so bright in the morning I cannot open my blinds. Also, in the summer the sun is very hot coming through my office and spare bedroom window facing the same direction. I had N30 tint put on 3 windows and it is the perfect shade and blocks the UV rays nicely. Not too light not too dark, but just enough to take the glare off. Gordon and his daughter were amazing and finished the job in less than an hour. Very professional and I cannot even see the tint edges as they covered all the glass perfectly. Then about 1 week later Trudy followed up with a call to see how my experience was. That right there says a lot about a company. Super professional and very affordable! They gave a quote in one day and explained the different tints and levels of privacy. For some reason my builder put clear glass in front door.
