I love how they helped me remotely on yelp and booked me for the date i had available ! They gave me a great deal for my car to get tinted with the Phantom s5 ceramic tint up to 53% heat resistant. The best in town im telling you i shopped around for prices and they had the best prices and deals! When i showed up for my appointment today Josephine in the front was awesome she was super friendly and helpful!! She made sure we were comfy while waiting for our tint to be done in the waiting room. She also made it very clear to us all the dos and donts after we get our tint. Overpriced by alot!!!! Hade a 25 crv quoted last week for $297 because they had a special. Today spoke with Edward and was quoted $249! For just the front windshield. I would not recommend this company, based on my experience with them installing tinted perforated window film and tint on the windows of my house. There were two problems which developed: First, the installation process was not done properly. The process that was used involved both an inside and an outside covering. The inside portion blocks the most sunlight, which is what we desired. However, the installers trimmed the excess of the interior film imprecisely, leaving a visible perimeter of gapping around each window. Especially in contrast with the dark window film, the gap which admits light is very obvious. When I contacted the company manager, I was told that the gap was intentional, to allow water runoff. Since the installation problem was indoors and Las Vegas is not prone to flooding, the water runoff excuse was unsatisfactory, as we do not get rain on the inside of the house. Second, we ordered a custom tint over what appears to be a white base color of the outside portion of the film. One of the areas that received film was the garage doors that had numerous panels. In the few months since the installation was done, dirt had accumulated on the film. My wife wet her finger and tried to remove the dirt with a test swipe. The dirt came off, but so did the tint, leaving that window to look as if a bird had spotted it. We tried power washing it with plain water, and that just caused further degradation to the tint. When I asked the manager what was wrong, he did not offer a solution beyond offering to replace the damaged panels. When I said that didn't address my question as to how to clean the tinted window film, he only said that I should have asked how to clean the panels before I started wiping them off with water or spraying them down. He never did offer an explanation for the problem beyond his offer to replace the damaged panels. He never did tell me how to clean them. His reply regarding my failure to ask him how to clean the panels and attempting to shift the blame to me for my attempting to clean the panels with plain water is both irresponsible and poor business practice. Lastly, they have refused to issue a refund on an advance deposit we had paid for further work to additional windows being installed. He staties that his manager has a company policy of not issuing refunds. I generally expect some sort of resolution for problems with services, but just as I should have asked whether this product could stand the rigors of water, I probably should have checked with the manager in advance regarding what happens if the entire project goes south. So, now I have to pay another company to remove the window tint from all 19 windows and replace them with panels which have the color integrated into the panel, not applied as a water-soluble coating. I have been told that there is no need or excuse for a light gap at the perimeter of the fully installed panels. I am writing this in hopes that future potential customers for window tint are aware that, at least in my case, the quality was not what was promised, the installation was shoddy, and the follow-up service and possible resolution of my concerns was unacceptable. read more

Ended up buying tint services here in February. It looked great. After about 30 days, I did the "up close" inspection of all the glass. Found a few tiny spots on the back glass. Very minor, but, because they offer 60 days for corrections, I took the car back to them. Installer came out to assess: one spot could be corrected, but the other flaw called for replacement. The price was right. The service was good. Happy customer. read more

This business is so unprofessional, I would not recommend anybody taking their vehicle to him because if they make a mistake, they will not own up to the responsibility and making things right I took my vehicle there they cut a line in my seats when I noticed, I spoke to the owner and he said he would get back to me. Recently got my hatch back civic and went looking for the right place To get my tint, tried to get a quote here in yelp but only jason went straight forward of asking what i want to be done, at first we were schedule to do it at my house but my garage is full of crap so Jason the owner is so nice to let me use his garage since its closer to my home. Jason and his staff are very nice and accommodating people. They did my tint and did wonderful job. Communication with him is superb. You get what you pay for. I shopped around for someone who could do the tint correctly on my Tesla Model 3. There are lots of styles of tint to choose from and manufacturers. I did my research on car forums and quickly educated myself. I'm glad one of the guys owns the same car and had his tinted very close to what I wanted. They said my car would be completed by end of day. When I picked it up, I was happy with the tint and they fixed a few spots before I drove off. Everyone was nice and made sure I was happy. Living in Las Vegas and if you plan on staying cool and going to keep you car for a long time, go for the higher end tint. I plan on keeping this car for a long time and the Rayno S9 tint seems as good as higher in tints I checked out. I don't want to pay a couple hundred dollars more for a 1% advantage. It's tint not a Dragstrip with sponsors on the line. Being more or less of a few percent isn't going to make a difference for the average consumer. read more

I saw their ad on facebook for a $149 promotional special in the month of February. I quickly call them for a schedule, unfortunately something came up and I had to reschedule until the 2nd of March. They were nice enough to honor the deal since I had made the appointment ahead of time. They didnt have to but that's what an honest business do for their customers. I arrived slightly before my appointment and was greeted with a very pleasant receptionist. They also have a lounge with recliner and snacks. They told me it will take 2 to 3 hrs but finished half of that time. The results was amazing. They are very knowledgeable in helping you find the perfect shade and needs. Good customer service , competitive prices, amazing workmanship and lifetime warranty. It's really a no brainer !!! So I was looking around for tint for my 2020 4Runner. I priced around using yelp. Got a lot of quotes the this place was the best price. So when I got there I was supposed to go with the S7 tint but I went with the S8 cause it help more heat. I wish I went with the S9 which help the most heat 93% I think. So I waited for like 2-3 hours til like tint was done. It came out great. But upon looking at my receipt I found out they put 15% on the back to drop it down to 5% when I said 5% all around. I've had so much on my plate these last few weeks and have been exhausted it didn't occur to me to clean the inside of my car till after they were done! How awful am I? It's filled with dog hair! It's what we do! Dogs in and out of that car! They had to fight that while trying to tint my car, I can only image! Please accept my apology for dropping that ball! How rude of me! Everyone was absolutely wonderful! We got a great deal then another and even another for our next visit for the windshield! I got quotes from all over town and they were the best prices with the top ratings so it was an easy decision! We were so pleased to find they ARE the best choice! They told us it would be 3 hours so we got a Lyft ride to the Rio which was just down the street. This place was very attentive great customer service and even when they found where we're going to the Rio they offered us a ride there! They had snacks and drinks if you needed to wait. We had a nice lunch and gambled a bit at the Rio and on the dot 3 hours later they called letting us know our car was ready. Our car looks great! And much cleaner then when I have it to them! Got my 2021 VW GTI all tinted up. I was at work so I didn't have time to call and get a quote. Their initial quotes through yelp looked good so I booked an appointment. When I arrived to the store they said that the prices for their ceramic was different which caught me off guard. I don't have anything to compare it to price wise as I assumed that all the other quotes given to me by other shops was only quotes for standard tints. I ended up getting the ceramic tints in order to survive the vegas summer. Service was excellent and was fast. The tints came out great. I was given detailed instructions on the care for my tints. I was able to make a same day appointment on a Sunday. Called first thing in the morning and Joe was very helpful and informative. Once I was at the shop he was able to throughly explain to me the different types of tints and what would work best for my needs. Left my car expecting for it to be done in about 3 hours. Unless you want brown splattered shit all over the top of your car, down the sides of the plastic, the edges, along with the splatters, theres a few random splatters on my sun shade that was even folded in between the chairs while it was being done. They were very fast, but now along with the worst customer service after i saw that there is in fact, brown stuff that Ive never had on my ROOF, then be told basically "theres no way we did it" & now I'm out here with baking soda trying to scrub whatever it is off my car that they wont own up too. I know for a fact that this was not there before i got it done. I called immediately after I left & realized & was told it could be "overspray" but all it looks like is a soda exploded in my car. My tint looks great but now the top of my car is a giant mess. read more
