Window Wizards cleaned our blinds, windows, sills and screens inside and outside. They normally don't do blinds but Karla said she would do it as a winter fill in project. I have no complaints about their work which they did a very nice job of cleaning and it feels good to have clean blinds and windows. Karla and her Daughter showed up on time, ready to go to work and were very friendly. My only issue is I have been hearing rattling on windy days, it has been driving me crazy but I finally figured out several screens were not locked in at the top and that is where the popping/rattling was coming from. Our screens have two pins that hold the top in which slide up and down for removal/installation and holding tight in place. Overall they did a very nice job wiping off the dusty blinds and cleaning of the windows and sills. Karla even scraped a few windows that had paint from overspray (which I had not noticed even though I have sprayed the outside many times) when our house was built 6 yrs ago. read more

Do NOT hire this company. I was a repeat customer and wanted outside cleaning of windows and screens. Cleaning was fine, but when the crew left, there were at least three 4-5 inch tears in the screens. When I asked for repair costs or a partial refund I was told, "Your screens are very thin and the sun is very hard on screens when they get old....We cannot be responsible for screens when they are in bad condition to begin with." Regardless of the age of my screens, they were intact and working when the cleaning crew arrived; when they left, there were several tears in them. They accepted no responsibility for the damage they caused, nor was there a simple apology. read more

I would not recommend this company. I found a tear in my screen and when I asked the owner about it she denied that they had damaged the screen and said the tear was already there. They moved my furniture and did not put it back in place. They left an empty can of their cleaner on my dining room table. They cleaned my atrium doors when I had specifically asked them not to. She was not upfront about there being a trip charge and then put that amount on my invoice. She also tried to invoice me for the doors that I had asked her not to clean. Also one of the screens had been put back in upside down. I was told by the owner that they hurried through my job because it was so hot. Very unprofessional company. read more

We were very happy with window wizards. They had good communication and their four person crew showed up when they said they would be here. Reasonable prices and they did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. All in all, it took about 2 hours. We will definitely be having them back to clean our windows again. read more

Very unprofessional, the owner actually called me an "idiot" just because I was offended that she did not think I knew the difference from streaks on the window and a broken seal on the window. All I wanted was a few windows touched up but they came by without informing me and just did the outsides which apparently was not the problem, it was on the inside of the window. I would not refer this company! read more
