Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. What they really meant is a dollar per unit inch because 42 inches +20 inches equals 62 inches. Since that is more than the screen is worth, I have declined their services. I can actually buy a whole new screen and a frame for that price. Units make all the difference. Buyer beware to make sure they're both talking about the same thing.
