Excellent service and results. After making an initial inquiry online, I was contacted later that afternoon. The appointment was easy to set up, confirmed a couple times via text, and the guys who washed our 2nd floor windows even confirmed again that morning. This is the 2nd time we've used Andy's crew for our window cleanings. Very profession and efficient. They use shoe covers and masks while in the home. The prices are very reasonable and it's so nice to look out clean windows while stuck in the house! We live on the westside of indianapolis and they serviced our house here and while we lived downtown. read more

I have used A1 off and on for the last 10 yrs for various clients that utilized private duty executive House Management services offered by myself or the company I now work for. Unfortunately, I've received some not-great feedback recently from some of my colleagues and recently experienced some lackluster customer service personally so I felt compelled to share. My initial phone call was answered by an answering service of which I was unaware. I shared the pertinent information (address, and contact information) and service request and was instructed to wait for a callback providing me the estimate. When the callback occurred, none of the information had been translated so it took extra time to repeat everything. I was told they would reach out again (call #3) with an estimate. Then I received a text and email stating the appointment time. Unfortunately, this time didn't work for me and if the information had been properly translated, they would've known this. I decided to go with another company and when I called to cancel, they didn't even bother to ask why or if I wanted to reschedule. Pretty disappointing given that I have provided service opportunities for them numerous times over the years and have the owner's personal number in my contacts. I tried to reach them before posting this with no luck. read more

A-1 did a spectacular job on my windows. I am very, very picky about my windows and mine are clean without any streaks. The screens were cleaned, the tracks are spotless as well. Andy arrived on time. My flowers were not trampled upon. He was very courteous. The pricing was great. I have been recommending A-1 Window Cleaning Service to everyone. We clean windows! We clean commercial and storefront windows, but where we really shine (pun intended) is in residential settings. We have an efficient process that has been tested and tweaked over the course of cleaning hundreds of homes. We clean interior and exterior, wash screens, detail sills and tracks. We can even repair your torn or broken screens.

History

Established in 2009.

A-1 Window Cleaning Service was born in 2009 somewhat out of necessity. Due to the downturn in the economy in the late 2000s, Andy found himself unemployed. With a wife and son to provide for and a baby on the way, Andy turned to his father-in-law, a window cleaning veteran of over 40 years, who was able to provide some side work to help make ends meet. Andy quickly learned the techniques that had brought his father-in-law success. He found that he enjoyed the work and was actually pretty good at it. Great satisfaction can be gained by creating happy customers. Based on that principle, Creating Happy Customers, A-1 Window Cleaning Service was born! We thank all our customers past, present and future for allowing us to serve your needs!

My #1 goal is to ensure that every customer we serve has the best possible experience we can provide. We are focused on the customer throughout every step of the process from initial phone call to scheduling to follow-up. Cleaning windows is burdensome and we want to alleviate that burden from your life! I get a great sense of accomplishment and joy when I see the smile on a customer's face when they see the results we provide.

This is the first time I've used a professional company to clean my windows. I called during the busy season to schedule an appointment and although they were booked pretty solid they went out of their way to find a time to work me in! They cleaned inside and outside all the windows on my 2 story house, I did not need my screens cleaned and my bill was reduced from the original quote accordingly. All of my windows look great and the worker who came out was very professional. I would highly recommend their services. I will be scheduling them again in future! read more

A-1 Window Cleaning is a super service to work with. They're very professional and friendly, and they took a lot of care working inside and outside our home. Their attention to detail was amazing. We had the premium service and they not only cleaned the windows, but also brushed and vacuumed out the sills, wiped down the window tracks and cleaned up the frame around the windows and doors, plus they washed the screens, which really helped. My windows are sparkling! Even the light coming into the house is brighter. A-1 makes such a difference! read more

This was my first time to use a professional window cleaning service and i was very pleased with the results. I have a sunroom with a partial glass ceiling that had become very difficult for me to clean. I was very pleased that the workers explained to me the machines and filtering processes which they use to eliminate water spots on the windows during the drying process. I tried an Angie's list special. The guys were great at the work, but just as good at communicating - letting me choose a good time for me, how much extra my house would be than what I had bought. They were very patient with the two year old grandson watching every move. They had specialized equipment for washing screens.
