I sold the house in 2023 and still, the windows were in great condition. So, after downsizing to a fixer-upper, I naturally called Precision. I did get other quotes but again, went with Precision. This time it was 8 double-hung windows plus a huge 4 lite bow window. I can't say how pleased I am with the meticulous work Chris and his team did. The first windows delivered did not have the correct grid and Tony immediately ordered replacements to swap out. This was done in a timely manner and I was over the moon happy. The bow window installation looked difficult but these experienced guys got it done and it's absolutely beautiful! Some minor details had to be addressed regarding the bow window. Chris came out again and finished the inside with impeccable woodworking skills. He then showed me a gap on the outside of the house where the old window projected a bit more and said they'd come back to fill that and finish it off. 08/30/24 - Chris was back with help - the window gap was filled in and it looked as if it was always there. Perfection! He also replaced a screen that arrived with a small tear. Inside and out, the windows are perfect! The crew was friendly and respectful of my home. They left my property neat and clean. I have not bought a shower door from Atlantic but I still have to give it a rave…read more I recently bought a new place and the glass door in the master bathroom had sagged ever so slightly such that door only opens out as opposed to also inward. I tried resetting it but it again slipped. A little Google poking around suggested the hinge gaskets were likely due for replacement and after figuring out who made the hinges, the maker suggested to me that I reach out to Atlantic for replacement gaskets as the hinge maker does not sell replacement parts directly to consumers. Over the course of a number of emails back and forth, the right model of gaskets needed were discerned and I picked them up as well as was provided with some installation tips and plastic shims typically needed for a grand total of $20. Atlantic's service was so good on such a small sale on an original installation it probably did not do that I brought along some bakery treats as a thank you.

The latest hiring of him resulted in shoddy work, poor response and a myriad of excuses as to the reasons that product was supplied and installed incorrectly. His billing can be questionable as they tend to send out quotes that suddenly double as "they forgot to add" etc. Please try to use a better more responsible company that this it will make your lives easier than have it to deal with this smiling , deceiving and menial fraud.

Where's your quote with the type of door being used? Also, the number is high. I ask for the SKU to look it up on my own. He sends me a generic link to an affiliate landing page for DOUBLE HUNG DOORS. Ok, so here's where you have to use your best judgement. These guys have great ratings on multiple pages, so they obviously do excellent installs. But that doesn't mean they aren't ripping people off, because you can get similar work done for MUCH cheaper. That's where I got him, bc he wasn't willing to disclose where his range was coming from and then immediately tried to pass me off to Renweal by Anderson, which is widely known as THE biggest price-hike in the game. The safe bet with them is whatever they quote you initially is about double what it should actually cost. So it makes sense the owner thought it's a reasonable peer in the industry. Then he weirdly started text-harassing me when I passed on his offer. Piss off.
