The problem with this company instead of taking responsibility they try to demean the customer if you look at all the negative reviews they got instead of trying to fix the issue they try to make the customer look bad, the glass was never replaced as your policy is that you are paid first which I understand. but don't try to let it seem like you did a job and I never paid you.... To everyone out there not going through insurance know when you set an appointment you not going to be home make sure the are paid first. please read the owners reply to all negative reviews, you see they never take responsibility. I have used this company before and was very satisfied with their work, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a glass replacement for Monday, but later realized I would be out of town for five days. When the office asked if I had a garage due to rain, I left my car in the garage unlocked with the garage opener and keys so the work could be completed in my absence. The problem isn't the payment policy -- I understand that payment is required before service. The issue is that I was never informed ahead of time that payment needed to be made prior to the appointment. Despite knowing I wouldn't be at the house, a technician was sent who apparently wasn't aware no one would be home or that payment hadn't been processed. If I had been told in advance, I would have paid immediately and avoided this situation. Instead, I was called while out of town and told they couldn't replace the glass until payment was made. When I contacted the office to resolve it, I was met with attitude as if I were the problem, even though the miscommunication was clearly on their side. One of the owners said he would call me back -- that call never happened. This experience reflects poor communication and customer service and completely overshadowed the positive experience I had in the past. I am very disappointed and hope the company takes steps to ensure better communication for future customers. read more

I stopped in today very stressed because my back windshield had shattered over the weekend. My insurance company had me set up with an appointment elsewhere but not until Tuesday. I didn't want to have to miss work. Christina was so accommodating, checking to see if glass was available before I had my insurance company switch things over to Tiny & Sons. I am absolutely blown away by the amazing service Peter & his staff provided. I thought getting a windshield replaced was going to be a whole ordeal but they made it so easy. They told me exactly who to call for my insurance and they took care of everything else. They even do the certified recalibration for the advanced warning system so I don't have to bring it to the dealership. I dropped my car off with them last night and at 9am today my doorbell rang and my car was delivered back to my driveway with a brand new windshield!! These guys are professionals ! They do the job right, not like the cut rate companies that some insurance companies want you to use. Those other companies can and do scratch the paint surrounding your windshield. It's under the mouldings so you can't see the scratches until a year or two when the windshield frame rusts and rot holes occur in the metal happen. I just had the absolute best experience I have ever had involving anything with my car. I had a massive crack in my windshield and need to get it fixed, I was originally going to have them do a mobile fix but it was too cold so we scheduled it the be brought the the shop. I didn't have a ride so I was planning on waiting, when I got there guy comes out and take me keys and goes "are you waiting it going to be a while" I was like yeah I don't have any other choice. He said hold on I will pull you right in. At this point I still think I'm probably stuck waiting outside in the snow for 2hrs but I was prepared for that. No joke less than 45 min and he comes pulling out with my car. This was the best service I have ever received these guys are a class act. read more

They are ok ....no better, no worse than anyplace else. All glass repair/replacement businesses are the same. And of course they may get great reviews by some of their customers, that's primarily because the customer isn't forking over any money from his own pocket. The insurance company pays, so naturally the customer doesn't feel the pain. Take the insurance Co. out of the process, and I'm sure you the reviews would read differently. read more

While driving home at night some heavy snow and ice fell on my windshield it cracked the length of the windshield i was going to call that day for a windshield replacement while watching TV that morning this Tiny and Sons Glass advertisement came up on the weather channel i'm thinking well that's the next town over from me i gave them a call they told me to come in at 2:00 PM that day they asked for my VIN" number just to make sure they had the windshield in stock i had a 2007 Grand cherokee it took @ 1 hour 15 minutes the waiting room was like a man cave they had a TV with sports on it and a couple of big couches and sport jerseys on the wall i was very happy with their service. read more

I was instantly impressed the minute I called. The staff who answered the phone were polite, helpful and informative. They were able to schedule the team to come out to MY location the next day! The installer who came out was friendly and worked quickly and was able to inform me of all the do's and don'ts after my installation. What I thought was great was the impressive condition my car was left in after they took out my windshield, I think it was cleaner AFTER than when I first opened it for them. I have to say I've had my windshield replace plenty of times but I haven't experienced the level of professionalism that Tiny and Sons provides until now. From the first phone call to right when he installers were finished, every detail really was handled with care. The office staff was so genuinely happy to help me handle the insurance claim and the installers showed up right on time and we're done in a reasonable amount of time. My car was as clean as it was before they put the windshield in, you couldn't even tell they just did it; and I have a complimentary can of glass cleaner on my dash. Really disappointing service. Called told it would be a week before they could get out to fix my windshield. Booked an appointment on a Thursday between 8 and 10 am. They were a no-show. When I called later I was told they had called me 24 hours prior to appointment to confirm, but I did not answer. (I was at work!!!!). She said she called twice, according to my call identifier that was at 10.36 and again at 10.37. She did not leave a message. As I did not answer they cancelled my appointment. As she said..."no point driving all the way out to your house only to find you are not home" Alternatively no point waiting in for a couple of hours for a no show! Sheesh, how rude! read more

I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. I came out of work late yesterday afternoon to find that the rear passenger window of my Jeep had been smashed. My insurance company gave me the number to Tiny and Sons. I spoke to someone on the phone at the company at 7:00 this morning, and by 11:30, I had a brand new window. The technician came right to my work and installed the new window right there (in 90+ degree heat, I might add). There was broken glass in the backseat and floor of my jeep, and he cleaned every last bit of it. Completely spotless. The customer service at this company was awesome. Both people I dealt with (on the phone and the technician in person) were helpful, polite and friendly. As much of a bummer as it was to find my window broken, I could not have asked for an easier experience in getting it fixed. Highly, highly recommend this company. read more

It's not often I review auto glass shops, but this one definitely stands above all others. I had a windshield replaced last year by safelite and it was an awful and long experience. I had a wonderful experience with Tiny & Sons. I was eager to get my windshield fixed, but on the day the service was scheduled, it was raining. We talked about rescheduling but Peter offered to come to my place of work, pick up my vehicle, fix the windshield, and then return it. Not only did he do all of that during my work day so I was not inconvenienced a bit, but they filled the gas tank and left glass cleaner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tiny and Sons. I went in with my daughter to see if they could glue my rear view mirror back on. From the instant we walked in we were treated like guests. A lovely waiting room to sit in, and refreshments while we waited. My daughter was thrilled. She kept saying how nice the staff was. I completely agree. They were incredibly helpful, even finding the right option for me when the mirror would not be able to be glued back on. $25 later, and a new mirror, and we were off! Fantastic service and a very homey atmosphere. I will return when the need arises. Would not go anywhere else after such a great experience.
