The actual installers where fine but I had to fight to get my windows installed on time and then…read morefight to get my siding installed at it was late and then they were supposed to deliver it when I was gone if there was a problem they were supposed to call. no phone call so when I showed up and it wasn't there I called and they were like oh well. i travel for a job and had taken time off to be home they were just like oh well. they knew I traveled for a living so I took two weeks off for no reason and couldn't go back to work then they finally showed and that meant taking more time off. so 4 weeks without work and they delivered the wrong color trim so they had to stop early the first day because they couldn't do any more without the trim. they did come back with the right trim today. no idea how much longer this will take. the worst part is I have to use them again to finish thr back side. I decided to use someone else to put my back window in because they only install the same size window over the old frame. they don't actually replace trim or anything. Im truly unhappy with them customer service. though as I said their installer both for the window and siding are the only reason they get any stars. the installers are great. the rest of the chain to get the stuff is absolutely horrid.
