I must say this right off the bat "BUUYERS BEWARE". I ordered a slider for my home from this company and I'm very sorry I trusted them. I had no idea they brought the wrong slider until after they had removed my old slider. I was left only one option after they removed my old slider. I should have checked their slider right away. Besides the slider not being what we ordered, the installers had a lot of trouble installing because the original measurement made by Zac was wrong, let's just say they had to use a lot of caulking to cover the mistake. And I had to order new base molding to replace the base molding having a 3/4" gap on each side of the new slider, plus I needed to recalk some places they missed. All in all, I will never use their service again, I will also make my friends looking for windows aware. read more

Window World of Yuma recently replaced 5 windows in our modular home in Hidden Shores, including a sliding glass door. We are more than pleased. They were professional courteous and clean. We recently had some windows replaced and I can't say enough about how professional and efficient the install guys were during that process. They completely removed the old windows and put the new ones in less than 2 hours. They arrived on time and ready to get to work. Our house has a stucco exterior and I was concerned over possible damage to the stucco which would require additional costs to repair and there just wasn't any. Partially due to the design of the replacement windows but also because of the care the install team took (John, Irwin and Victor) in removing the old windows with those concerns in mind. They totally cleaned up all of the debris caused by the replacement process and also washed the windows, including the patio door windows next to the new replacements. A nice touch! We are very happy with the new windows, the cost of them, and the install team as well as the sales guy (Zack). This is the second time we've had Window World replace windows on our home and are totally confident that the replacement of the rest of our windows will be done as efficiently and with such care! He was so knowledgeable about the window products and extremely professional, in regards to the superior products they sell and install....We were very impressed. This should be a 4 star.... We ordered all new windows and 2 sliders back on Jan 22, 2021 - with a quote of 90 days to build windows. Over $11,000 worth of windows. On May 25, 2021 the team showed up to install an the install took only 1 day. Immediately we noticed the bedroom slider wasn't closing right -- the middle part was bent and not allowing door to close without force. We also had one window with a frame part bent. On the install they damaged the drywall, but we were in a remodel, so it wasn't a major problem. the problem we have NOW is we are at August 2, 2021 -- SEVEN MONTHS after ordering the product as we STILL do not have a proper working slider in our bedroom. I'm hoping this review will get to them so someone can take action... read more

My experience with Window World in Yuma Az. was fantastic! Zach the sales rep. was on time and answered all my questions and was very polite. John and his team ( installers) did a great job and installed 6 windows in just a couple hours. They clean up and they were very polite as well as on time. If I could give 10 stars I would! First they failed to show up on time to give me the estimate. When I called they said they had no knowledge of me even being on the schedule. I have to give them credit though they did send someone out later that day. When Zac arrived he gave me an estimate for $10200. A few days later I agreed to that price and a final order was drawn up. Claiming he forgot one window the price was now $10500. I don't like it when companies play games. I refused to pay the new price and Window World walked away. Anyone that can walk away from $10,000 of business is probably charging too much for there product. Buyer beware. read more

We have a house that was built in 1984 and had its original windows, which were double pane but you know technology has come a long way since then. The owner Ko Das and his employee Lisa came out and showed us options. Window World isn't the cheapest but they're fabulous; the sliders and windows are easy to operate thanks to John and their installation crew.
