I made an appointment for these guys to come inspect an issue with my house. I was told Juan…read moreSilvia's crew would be there the following morning at 9. No show. I called the scheduling number at 10:30 to follow up. No response. Called them again a few days later. No response. These guys are obviously bad at scheduling; others have pointed that out. They have no qualms about wasting your time. But even the best businesses make scheduling mistakes from time to time, right? It's a small thing. What sets these guys apart is how they handled it. They didn't own the mistake, didn't apologize, didn't attempt to fix it. They buried their heads in the sand, hoping the problem would go away if they ignored it. And that should give anyone pause. If this is how they handle a small mistake, how do you think they'll handle a big one?

Jonathan Milford, Owner, was great from start to finish. He had been referred by a friend who was…read morepleased with every aspect of replacing his roof. We set up a meeting to discuss our project and options. An estimate was provided and we agreed to the terms. The replacement took an extra day because of the usual hiccups (material damaged or missing) that Jonathan was able to rectify immediately with his supplier and contractor. The contractor was respectful of our property and did a professional job removing the existing roof, installing the new shingles and metal materials, and cleaning the area. I highly recommend this roofing company.

The service is wonderful! He showed up on time and called me when he was on the way. He answered all of my questions and did not start on any work until he looked at the issue. He took pictures of everything, including an issue I wasn't aware of. He fixed my shingles and showed me where I had a problem with my pipe collars which were broken down with wear. He gave me several options pricewise and then fixed that issue as well. He took photos before and after and sent me all the pictures online as well. He was pleasant, helpful and got the job done quickly and very reasonably priced. I will use C&M Contractors again in the future.

I want to shout out CJ and his company for the exceptional job they did on my home. They initially…read moreredid my roof and added gutters. Then, they completely rebuilt my deck. Even though they had not been paid by the man who contracted with them (John Mansuato), they returned, ordered the French door Mansuato had stolen the money for, installed the door, and completed the replacement of trim boards. The company is punctual, professional, diligent about their work, and they thoroughly clean up when the work is done. When the deck wood has "cured", they will return to stain it and add the lattice work. If I can't find pictures to share now, trust that I will have some when the work is done.
