Sorry that I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with Everlast Gutters. The first red flag was when we didn't receive the estimate when promised; only when we contacted them we learned that they had been on vacation. The second issue involves color. I realize that colors from swatches can look a lot different from the whole completed project. But we were matching the color of an existing gutter and downspout and found a good match. However, what was installed is not the color we picked. We let it go for a few weeks, thinking the color would fade into what we wanted but of course, as the name implies, it didn't. The owner had to return for an issue with the downspout placement (which we had discussed at the estimate visit but wasn't done) and admitted it was not a good match but offered no solution until we contacted them again stating disappointment with the color. They agreed to replace the original with the new color but would not replace the whole job. And to think we paid extra for a color we don't like. And can't afford to redo the whole project. We hired them for gutter cleaning service as well. We were billed twice for the same service. Leaves us to wonder about their bookkeeping which again makes us wonder about the color mix up. read more

I'd planned to get french drains, thinking gutters would make my house ugly. Gave up on that when I couldn't find anyone who knew the term 'hard pipe'. Turns out Rick's gutters actually improved the looks of my house! I went with half-rounds. Not cheap, but I'm well pleased with the results. Rick know his stuff! She (Tammy) comes out and does the estimate, and he (Rick) comes out with his crew and takes the old gutters down and puts the new ones up. Both are the ultimate professionals. But as important is the price and quality of workmanship. I shopped around and could not believe what some of the companies in Raleigh were charging. Everlast Gutter installed an additional downspout in my townhome. Needless to say I had "permission". After installation Board President didn't even notice it was installed. The color was a perfect match and everybody is happy. Great job! I highly recommend this company. All is well and my flowerbed is no longer getting flooded. read more

The team at Everlast Seamless Gutters was fantastic. We had experienced some damage to two relatively large sections of gutter from a freak snow storm about 15-years ago. Why we put off getting it fixed I simply don't know. Anyway, Tammy came to the house and measured the sections. The materials needed to be ordered (our choice), but it was not that long a wait. Her husband (Rick) came to the house with an assistant. He removed the damaged sections and replaced them with the new. He also installed some flashing on a section of gutter that pressed up against one of our chimneys. It has made a huge difference in preventing water from splashing down our light stucco exterior (on the chimney) that previously left water stains. Lastly, Rick sanded the sections where the new gutter meets the old. This allows for a smooth flow of water to our downspouts. It has rained since the work was completed. I step outside to hear the steady stream of water flowing once again. Very pleased! read more
