They said we did not need permits, the city said that we did. They did not fill out or offer to submit information for rebates for the new windows. Going with this company cost us time, money and frustration.

It takes nearly an act of god (our general contractor withholding payment for other houses) before the idiot comes over and does a half-assed job. There has frequently been problems with their repair. And, remember, this is over a year. BE WARNED. Specific examples: Roof leaked near our dormer, which our GC told McPeak to be careful with. Result: Took 4 days for roofer to get to our house and put SILICONE on our roof. He thought that did it. Not acceptable. Part II: required him to come back, as he said he would in the spring. He didn't come back until nearly winter. Then, he left his rag on the roof, and there is still a HOLE in the roof. No response from McPeak. The saga continues . . .
