It was always such a hassle before working with Eric to get my window and door screens repaired or replaced. In the past always had to drop screens at designated store and wait 3-4 weeks before repaired. And the work was not always satisfactory when it was ready. With Eric he replaced my slides glass door screen, replaced screens for 3 windows made a new frame and screen for a second window ( and also he included a next door neighbor's screen replacement ) all within about 40 mins or so. Last night, I looked through yelp for a window re-screener who would come out to Guadalupe. I have a 6 month old puppy who destroyed my back yard screens while I left him alone for 4 hours for the first time in his life. I sent out 3 requests for quotes and Eric replied within 10 minutes. The other two never replied at all and it's been 24 hours now. Eric showed up 15 minutes early, was super careful and asked if he should remove his shoes in my house, re-screened the screens with a nice heavy, durable pet screen and had them installed within about 20 minutes.
