We needed to have our plantation shutters repaired so I looked through Yelp. Although there are businesses that claim they repair shutters, we called and found out this was not the case. Called Central Coast Installations and Drew just happened to be on a job near our home. An hour later, we had our shutters repaired at a reasonable price. Drew was wonderful. He measured, purchased, and installed a new set of blinds for my condo. He was quick and efficient completing the work within a couple of hours. While there, I asked him to look at some blinds that had come loose from the mounting on the back door. I thought they needed to be replaced. He went back to his shop and found some spare hardware, came back and made the repair within 30 minutes. Great service. read more

Drew was awesome!!!! He was in the Santa Barbara area and fixed some broken hardware on my plantation shutters. I had tried to find someone in both SB and 818 area code to do the job, but with no luck getting anyone to do it or even to return my calls. Drew was professional and friendly, even to my very attentive cat! I do have to say that a few other companies from Santa Maria and SLO did contact me. Such a great experience! My mother was having trouble with her horizontal blinds so I put out feelers through Yelp to see if they could be repaired. Drew from Central Coast Installations called me a few hours later & offered to come out the next day, at no charge, & take a look. He showed up within the window of time that he said he would & worked on my mom's blinds until he had them working perfectly. Only charged us $40! Other companies that got back to me either charged to come out or wanted me to take the blinds into their showroom. Drew's phone call & visit made my hectic life that much easier. Had a great experience with Drew, upon breaking the brackets on my silhouette blinds trying to clean them and reinstalling I freaked out looking for someone to fix it. It's on a large 8x4 window. It was Friday morning and didn't wanna be without a window covering through the weekend ! I called Drew, he was very nice and despite having quite a few jobs that day he was able to fit me in, came by exactly when promised, replaced my brackets and installed the blinds in very little time. He also said his company does cleaning for Hunter Douglas so I will be calling him again soon. He charged me a very fair amount for the work he'd done . Totally recommend Drew. read more
