We paid over $2,000 for the ticket for travel from March XX to April XX 2026 (less than a month). I had trouble checking in with my mom e-ticket through the app before she arrived at the airport. This was our first experience with Satrlux airline, and yes, their customer service is worse compared to Eve. If you speak English, I'm sure you can book the ticket directly through their website, but since my mom travels alone, she felt more comfortable booking through an agent, which I do not recommend. This agent was terrible -- they entered my mom's name incorrectly, which prevented me from checking in online. We arrived early at the airport, following her advice to check in and get a physical ticket, which was unnecessary since everything else could be done with just a QR code from the app, to avoid long waits. We arrived at 6:15 pm and had to wait in line until 8:30 pm for the check-in booth to open, while most people checked in earlier and only needed to drop off their luggage. We paid over $2,000 for my mom's ticket, and she couldn't get a good seat because those who checked in early were assigned seats first. If you want to avoid what my mom went through, stay away from this agency. They are the worst.

We had a complicated rental agreement for NYC, and the clerk handled it professionally. She was very calm, and friendly. I found that the credit card processing fee only applies to DMV services, so I gladly paid with Apple Pay. I usually pay my DMV registration here, and immediately get the tag stickers. I once mistakenly sent a check to DMV and my registration and tag stickers were delayed about 6 weeks past the expiration date...No more, I will always use AAA for DMV service. Good job! Keep it up!
