When we first moved in, we really liked the management and how well the lawn was kept up. I was surprised that the snow was taken care of on the sidewalks and stairs. Litter was kept up too. The 1st maintenance man was on top of getting stuff done. There were a few that were a few sketchy maintenance people over the time I lived there but, as with any business finding the right employees with the right skills is trial and error. Thats to be expected. Maintenance got better over time and the number of maintenance people increased. I did have a leaking problem that took multiple times to get resolved but, that goes back to the skills of the individuals. We got a new water heater, heating and air-conditioning units over the time we were there. We bought a new thermostat for the wall and a taller more efficient toilet. Maintenance was on top of getting it replaced. When I talked to other people that have lived in apartments at other complexes, they had really bad stories to tell me. I felt I had been very fortunate overall to live at Parkville Place apartments. Another reviewer mentioned someone lighting the trash dumpster on fire that caused the car next to it to catch fire. That was my Nissan Murano. I never blamed management for that. My car was taken care of thru my insurance. There were only two dumpster fires that I know of over all the time that I lived there. My apartment was on the lower level. Which was easy access to the parking lot and trash dumpster. I felt the gas and electric bills were low. That maybe was due to living on the lower level. Thank you to Blue Door Management. They were the last owners before I moved to Wichita 6/30/24. They had the old tree stumps dug up and new bushes put in. It looked really nice. That was the last thing I saw as I drove down the street for the final time.

As previously noted, there have been 4 management companies in 4 1/2 years but that pet rent AND the non-refundable deposit when I moved in was supposed to be to repair/replace any pet damage. Just another prime example of the greediness and bad management that is chronic at this property. fyi-this is on top of the 'early lease termination fee' I had to pay to get out of this place with all the issues with electrical, plumbing, property maintenence, etc

Disappointing Experience at Altitude 970 Apartments…read more I regret my decision to live at Altitude 970 Apartments. Over the course of my stay, I encountered multiple issues that made living here incredibly frustrating. First and foremost, my apartment flooded three times ( photos in post will show water on floor) during my tenancy of living here under a year. Each time, I had to deal with the inconvenience, water damage, and the hassle of having people in my apartment for weeks. . It's incredibly stressful when your home is not secure from something as basic as water leaks. Additionally, the elevator in the building was always a problem. More than once, I was greeted with an overwhelming and unpleasant odor that can only be described as dog urine. It was bad enough that it made me avoid using the elevator altogether on many occasions. It's really unfortunate because the location has potential, but these basic issues were not addressed adequately. But to stay somewhere that's supposed to be "luxury living" and paying over $2400 a month to live here, there's better places to look for I promise you. Overall, my experience at Altitude 970 was far from what I expected and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, reliable living environment. Nothing against maintenance/office staff as they tried to do everything to make me and my family feel as comfortable as they could. When I asked to break the lease or have a month or two deducted for my experience and all the issues with the elevator not working, or not being able to get in with the call box not working, or cabinet doors falling off, the property manager said all they could do is apply a credit for only $375. Understanding this has nothing to do with the staff but the owners. Save your money find something that is a reasonable price because this place is not worth your time or your hard earned money.

He also tried to quote my girlfriend on something she had sent in an email concerning some of our maintenance issues and made up what he hoped she had said trying to gaslight her into thinking she said something she didn't. He has also been rude to us on some of our phone calls and not treating us as residents and more like another problem he has to deal with. On the contrary Gaby has been nothing but excellent between our tour before moving in, to helping us with issues whilst we have been living here. She is always very polite and professional, she also takes care of situations and makes sure there are no following issues. Based on everything we've encountered here, Gaby seems more qualified and ready to be property manager of this location.

The unit I moved in had just been newly renovated, and it had a modern look with dark gray carpet, faux granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The cost of rent/water/sewage/trash was $720 total for a 670 sq ft 1bed/1bath apartment so all you need to pay for is electricity and internet since renter's insurance is not required. The apartment complex is also wired with Google Fiber, for fast internet speeds, and they allow you to hang personal items on the walls. You don't even need to fill in the holes when you move out! However, I ultimately ended up moving to a new apartment complex because I wanted more space, an apartment with in unit washer and dryer, and a larger kitchen. The complex was also a long drive to work for me, and the office hours made it difficult to pick up items the get delivered to the leasing office since they're only open from 9am-5pm and closed weekends. If those things are non issues for you, then I would definitely recommend moving in here. I also didn't have any issues with move out, and was able to receive all of my security deposit back. They do 12/13 month leases, but I'd suggest going with the 12 month lease. Especially if you don't move in on the first of the month because they don't count prorated months as part of the lease term.

When I arrived Amanda had selected a apartment for me taking into consideration in a single mother. She picked a perfect corner apartment located on ground level. When I arrived she had a house warming gift for me. The apartment itself is beautiful with a very generous kitchen, beautiful cabinets, granite top counters, and spacious rooms. The community is very pet friendly. Anytime my daughter and myself go to the main office we are always greeted by name. The staff has always always been helpful. The amenities are really great as well. They have a nice gym, nice pool, a tanning bed, dog park, nature trails, and so much more. The only time I ever had a maintenance issue was for a light bulb that needed replaced. I put in a work order and by the next day the issue was resolved. The staff here is just amazing. I have been living here for 8 months and have yet to find a single thing I don't like. Between the professionalism of the staff and the amenities and beauty of these apartments I would highly recommend The Retreat at Tiffany Woods.

The day before my move out I hired a professional cleaning company to clean my place to be able to get my deposit back. I scheduled a walk through with the manager named Kristine. From there it went very down hill. I was told that a professional would be coming in to inspect everything in the apartment and that she would get back with me on the final inspection So here is where the corporate money grab comes into play. The retreat Pays a professional team to come in and replace everything in the apartment regardless of the condition. the professional team doesn't get paid if they don't find flaws. keep in mind my place was spotless done by a professional cleaning crew out of KC. I was told that unless I have an ex parte against my neighbor, who is threatening my safety, they will not let me out of my lease. My neighbor deliberately makes noise to bother me. This has been happening all year. The office doesn't care. I have submitted video evidence. Security here is not able to do anything about safety and they are never around. It takes them an hour to come out here for anything. People's cars are constantly being broken into. This place is not safe and they don't care.
