We waited n he car until our vehicle was in queue and taken to the workspace. The waiting area was clean and had a coffeemaker but no cups and had to flll a water pitcher in the communal bathroom. The process with recalibration took several hours. Man people were though quickly since they didn't have full windshields being replaced, staff were very peasant and responsive both in person and on the phone. No issues with control systems so doing another recalibration hasn't been needed.
