From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

The technician is here right now installing my new windshield. I'm appreciate and grateful for WindshieldHUB stepping up to the plate and taking care of this issue. While it added some stress to my life, in the end WindshieldHUB took care of the issue. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WINDSHIELDHUB, I APPRECIATE THIS! I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the recent issues I've experienced with my windshield installation. The technician who re-evaluated my concerns about air coming in on the passenger side was mistaken; the noise was not caused by the windshield guard as he suggested. Instead, it was due to improper sealing, which has now resulted in a crack in my windshield, exactly where I mentioned the installation issue. I regret not seeking a second opinion at the time, as I was led to believe the initial work was done correctly. Now, there is a crack inside the glass that lacks any visible marks. You can feel the smooth surface on both sides of the windshield, but the internal crack is present due to the improper installation. I contacted Windshield Hub and sent the requested photos, asking for a free replacement under warranty since the installation was faulty. However, I have yet to receive a response despite being promised a follow-up regarding this matter. My original order number is 154806, placed in November 2024. Please let me know when you will be scheduling the replacement of the improperly installed windshield. Update: on Monday November 18, 2024, windshield hub sent out a technician to look at the issue with my windshield. The technician was very kind & understanding, after a short test drive he was able to locate the issue & fix it. It was a very simple fix. And now everything is up to par. I appreciate them taking care of this issue and I would recommend windshield hub Windshield Hub install my windshield in Altamonte Springs, Florida on November 14, 2024. Afterward, I did not move the car for 8 hours for things to "set". Upon driving my car to dinner, I realized there was air coming in on the passenger side. I called them promptly at 11 pm that night when I discovered the issue. Four phone calls later, speaking with the warranty department only once, I'm still waiting for them to send someone out to address the issue. I will be calling first thing, again, on Monday, November 18, 2024. to have them fix this. The installer was nice and appeared to do a good job, however, an issue happened somewhere during the installment of the windshield, as air is coming in on the passenger side. I'm truly hoping when I call them again tomorrow, they send someone out to resolve this issue asap and do not keep putting me off to the "next day". This issue needs to be resolved now, as I'm unable to safely drive my vehicle due to Windshield Hub putting off addressing the issue of the windshield not being properly installed.

They now want me to drive to Jacksonville 2 plus hours away to get the windshield recalibrated. No thank you. I'll find another company to finish the job.

    I called to schedule a mobile appointment to come to my home to fix my windshield, was told there…read morewere no available appointments for mobile service. I had no other options but go in person 30 mile drive each way. When I arrived at this location I saw 10 mobile service vans parked. I entered the lady at the front desk said,"we are overbooked then said we don't have enough mobile technicians", with an arrived. Please explain to me how I see safelite commercials that advertise "we come to you". This is not the first time, I have never been able to successfully schedule for mobile service without the same result. This is not how a successful business is run. My suggestion is to cut back on tge commercials and use that money to hire mobile service techs. I will also express my concerns with my car insurance company. The Crack repairs done on my windshield were very small but still noticeable. The tech told me that if the Crack got worse during the repair because pressure is put on the glass during the process, I would be responsible for any costs to replace the glass. Not sure how that works, if your process makes the Crack worse shouldn't safelite be responsible. If I take my car in for a repair and the mechanics make it worse I am not responsible for the additional repairs they are. Your policy makes no sense at all.

I was very upset and they didn't seem to care. Not sure I want to reschedule . They have a policy to charge a customer cancels . I guess it doesn't apply to them canceling. their customer service didn't seem to care or offer any compensation for the inconvenience of rescheduling..

Could not get a local Manager to contact me it was always an excuse once a woman at Daytona accidentally gave the Managers number to me he flipped. Their work was sloppy on my car. Do not think because they are so big they are the only company to install a window. They even installed a generic window not even telling me it will be generic without the ford symbol. some people do not mind paying extra if they are able to match the window they had. This was a long process to get them to have Someone come out to look at my window. When they install your window incorrect and do not seal the bottom of the window they are combative and never accept the blame, moisture was getting inside my vehicle and it was horrible and They came to use my hose when they went to check the window to see if it was sealed properly it's all on my ring camera how combative they continued to be and denying they were at fault all they had to say is we are sorry, we are all Human and we all make mistakes but their unprofessionalism is disgusting. Even corporate just stopped helping to get one of their local managers to call. Corporate Lori said that they did it all wrong they should have taken my car to the shop to professionally use their machinery to check the seals. Then when a Manager finally came by instead of him coming to check the seal that was not sealed or that the tech broke the window that he took out (the one that wasn't sealed) instead of him doing it all professionally he came by 30 minutes after the tech left and was so combative saying it's me and my car. hilarious! Ever since my window was replaced everything is perfect! No moisture and dirt coming through my window. They even deny the chips above my windshield and blame the rocks on the road but could not send me a non blurry picture of the car they kept saying the chips were there. If there were chips that close to my windshield my window would have had chips. There are other professional places to take your windshield to get repaired. This Manager promised me a Full detail of my car and 11 days went by and I had to call corporate again to ask them to have the Manager find out about my detail that was suppose to happen in a couple days, he had excuse after excuse and asked me "no one called you?"blaming it on others and saying all their managers were in Miami. excuse after excuse combative and because they are so big they need retraining they are milking their money for their title. Been in Customer service for a long time, they need to understand someone else deserves their position and if they keep it up, one smart manager will grasp onto the disgust of their unprofessionalism

    Imagine my surprise finding out I was getting charged $40 more than what was quoted due to some…read more"recycling fee". Total nonsense grifting. Don't trust this company. Use one of the smaller, independent shops that will at least be honest with their quote. I had to call the repair off as this made them $100 more than the other quote I got. Shameful.
