The technician comes out, then says it was too cold to do the work so he left. It wasn't snowing, it was just cold. Why show up at all if you're not going to do anything? She sets an appointment for Wednesday. The tech is a no show, and when she calls, she is told they scheduled her for the wrong day. She then has an appointment Friday. The tech doesn't show, and the dispatcher she was working with stops answering her texts. Do not under any circumstances do business with these people.

Living in FL, it rains quite often during these months, so I was looking to get it fixed ASAP. The forecast actually called for a bad storm on the following Sunday. I spent 3 hours on Saturday morning calling every auto window repair guy in town. Sotelo's not only gave me the cheapest price, but got me in FIRST thing Monday morning. I was in and out in only 40 minutes! They did a great job, and the window even came tinted- which I was not expecting. Only four stars due to the fact they don't take Credit Cards (cash or check only), but everything else was top notch. The business also looked a little sketchy when you pull up. I was asked to wait in an office with absolutely no one in it. The technician had a van out front with his logo on it, so maybe they were mobile just moving into a building. Don't let it deter you though, they did great work. If you're looking for a quick, reliable, affordable window repair company- skip looking around and just go with Sotelo's!
