I used my 30 day allowance rental car from my insurance and they declined to give a rental car for the remaining time they were taking, until 3 weeks later I threaten to tow my car out this shop, then they gave me a car and it was then when the sense of urgency to finish my car began, to this day they still owe me a grill because the one they used is the wrong one. My vehicle has led light bulbs and was told they all failed, so they installed regular light bulbs. I asked for my old bulbs and installed them myself and came to find out that the poor quality technician couldn't figure out how to install a bulb, THEY WORKED just fine. He graciously offered to speak to the folks who were responsible for the damage to explain the costs and the "why" behind what he was doing. He understands that the investment that we made in our vehicle was a sacrifice and one that we did not want a bad patch/paint job to mar our enjoyment and daily reminder of the accident. The dealerships are almost always the most expensive, but somehow managed to beat this shops price by $1500. The second photo from the dealership also included a 4 wheel alignment. Buyer Beware
