I was on the hospital having major surgery the day it was to be picked up. Mike said to me don't worry about the vehicle or extra costs, take care of your health, and we'll take care of the rest. He said if someone can drop off the rental to him and take my truck at some point, didn't have to be me, he'd get them out fast to get to me. My wife stopped on the way to the hospital that morning and he had her out and on her way in under 30 minutes. Once I got there I was informed that they did not have the part in stock even though it was communicated it was. It took 11days from my original appointment date to actually get the window replaced. I went back four times before it was finally replaced and I was not happy. There's a gap between my door panel and the door and a part of the window/door panel is missing. I contacted them and are waiting for a reply.
