They are very nice but i feel like the bedrooms are really small, especially the master and the closets as well. I didn't understand why a walk in closet that was already small would have a door that opens into the closet taking up more space. If it wasn't for the size of the bedrooms and the closets and the weird way the doors open into them, i would move here.

I signed a lease at Solle Davie but never moved in, never occupied the unit, and never brought any belongings into the apartment. Shortly after signing, 3 days, 72 hours to be exact. I reviewed the community policies more closely and realized the property was not a good fit. I immediately contacted management to cancel before occupying the unit. Despite this, management stated that simply receiving the keys counted as taking possession and insisted on charging a $4,212 lease break fee, even though the apartment was unused and could be immediately re-rented. No flexibility, no alternative resolution, and no acknowledgment of good-faith efforts to avoid violations. This experience felt very one-sided and transactional, with no consideration for the actual circumstances. If you rent here, understand that once paperwork is signed, there appears to be zero room for discussion -- even if you never move in. Proceed with caution.

Even when the gate was broken and tenants were forced to park downstairs the tow company towed vehicles. If a guest/girlfriend parks in the lot too many times even after registering they will be towed. If you have a handicap decal and park in handicap! If the service makes a claim they can't see it, your vehicle will be towed! Management will place all the blame on the lot monitoring service and then use technicality's to avoid taking responsibility. I have incurred over $2,000 in tow fees DON NOT LEASE HERE!
