Removing those couches and not replacing them with other seating arrangements was a dick move. If I could give zero stars I would! Worst store to shop in ever. The workers greet but don't help at all! Very "clicky" here and make other workers feel uncomfortable to work with. From a customers perspective, you can definitely see it in this store. Instead of working the floor and making the store money, they just stand around and talk story amongst each other. All the workers is stuck up, besides this one darker skinned worker. She was super nice and doesn't deserve to work with these rude workers. I never heard of this store until last night looking online. I had very limited time to find something for several different events happening next week. All my worries went away when I met Eleina!!! She is special!!! She asked about my style & I showed her some pictures I did a screen shot the night before. She made great suggestions, found all things I loved, & even though it's hard to find my size, I walked out with 2 bag fulls of both dresses & clothes. WOW!!! My sister and I recently visited Windsor hoping to find outfits for a night out. While I understand that employees may be busy and that greeting customers isn't always expected, the overall customer service we received left us feeling unwelcome. When we first entered the store, no one acknowledged us or offered assistance as we browsed for quite a while looking for dresses and tops. The only positive interaction we had was with a worker wearing black boots and a cropped jacket who made conversation with me about my squishy. That small interaction made me smile. Later, we found a dress displayed high on a rack that we couldn't reach ourselves. We approached a tall blonde employee who was already using the pole to retrieve clothing and politely asked for help. She responded with what seemed like annoyance, rolled her eyes, gave a vague answer, and then called across the store for another employee to help us instead of assisting us directly. Thankfully, the other employee who came over was kind and helped us get the dress down. After trying it on, we decided to keep looking for other options and returned to the store later. My sister picked out several tops and went to use the fitting room. Two employees were standing nearby talking, yet neither offered assistance or explained the fitting room process. My sister looked confused and ended up walking into a stall herself. Even the same blonde employee walked right past her without acknowledging her or asking if she needed help. I understand that retail employees have other responsibilities such as organizing merchandise and maintaining the store. However, throughout both visits, we felt overlooked and received very little customer service compared to other shoppers in the store. We left without purchasing anything, and the experience felt like a waste of time. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed and will likely choose to shop elsewhere in the future. read more

I like the dress selection here more than the Ala Moana location but I feel like the workers here aren't as friendly as the ones in Ala's. Also, I came here to buy a prom dress for my little sister and how did they manage to bag and check out the dress but not remove the security tag? It was on the front too and would've been hard for them to miss...My sister and I didn't notice till we got home because we were looking for my wallet in my bag while the worker was bagging the dress. Workers here are rude and stuck up. They make no personal connections at all. I shopped in here for two hours and not once did any worker come up to me and asked if I needed help. I also asked a specific worker if they had a certain shirt and she instantly said " it sold out " a few minutes later I found the shirt hanging up and I told her and she just shrugged her shoulders and said " oh ". Also I understand it's a adult store but when we have to bring our children shopping it's already a stressful time so do us all a favor and take a lesson on how to be a little more understanding and friendly. Also each worker has different rules when it comes to the fitting rooms, one lady allowed two of us and my baby in one fitting room together with no issue at all she didn't even count our items she just told us to go ahead so we did. Then when we tried to go back and try on more items a second time it was a different lady and she was beyond rude and was not allowing us to be in same room. I understand each store has its on policy's but don't come at me sideways when I question you why we can't go in the same room again that we literally just both come out of 5 mins prior. My new go-to store for every special occasion! I was looking for a maxi dress for an upcoming wedding that wasn't going to break the bank. I decided to come to Pearlridge to see what I could find! As I walked around, I saw that Forever 21 had closed and a new store replaced it! What caught my eye were the cute mannequins in the window. They were wearing red maxi dresses. I thought, OMG that's exactly what I'm looking for! What are the chances?!? I had never heard of this brand before so I decided to go in! As soon as I walked in, I knew I would find something! The front of the store had some Halloween costume ideas, short dresses, & other causal clothing options. Towards the back of the store, I spotted the special occasion and maxi dresses. I knew I wanted a red dress so I went straight to that rack! I honestly was a little nervous to see the prices because these dresses felt and looked like quality dresses! I was sooo excited when I saw the special occasion dresses started at $40! Even the higher end dresses were ~$80! That's soooo reasonable!! (I did not look at how much the more causal dresses were). I found a dress I liked and went straight to the fitting room. I tried it on and the dress fit! This NEVER happens to me! 1 dress and done?! Wow!! It was a burgundy fitted maxi with spaghetti straps and a high slit on one side for $39.90!!! I did notice that ALL SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE so make sure you try them on before buying and can use it more than once. Lastly, I did spot a sale rack with items marked down as low as $7!! What a steal! Overall, I'm super happy I found this store and will be returning for all my special occasion needs! read more

Do not buy dresses from this store! I rarely return anything but my teen daughter had a recital and we got a dress from Windsor. She did not wear it! On the receipt there was information about returns around the holidays and there must be no signs of wear, completely understandable. However they said that they don't accept returns of special occasion dresses, which means pretty much their entire store. The salesperson did not warn us of this when we purchased. I was so upset I wanted to cry, I'm a single parent and I don't have $90 to waste. I was going to use the return money to buy Christmas dinner. Guess we eating saimin on Christmas. I'll never step foot in Windsor again. I'm really sad. What a waste of money. They should tell you when you purchase there are no returns. read more

Now this, this is my kind of store! Reminds me of the shops in Vegas because of the fashion trends sold here. Sparkly and poppin! If you're looking for an outfit for a party or New Years last minute and don't want to chance waiting for it to arrive, this is a great spot! The store is very spacious which is a plus for mommies with strollers in tow. My son ran straight to the purple couches to sit lol. Major plus for offering an area for the husband/other half to rest while we do our shopping thang haha. I loved every sparkly outfit in here and l especially admired the wall with sparkly heels displayed! I didn't run into anyone while browsing around so I'm unsure about customer service. NEVER shopping here again!!!! I have an upcoming event and bought a total of four dresses so I could try them on at home to get a better idea of what I'd look like with my shoes jewelry etc because I wasn't sure which one I wanted. On Wednesday March 23 at 11:15 am I returned three of the four dresses. The girl at the register immediately rolled her eyes at me once I said I had items to return then asked me if there was anything wrong with the dresses. I told her no nothing is wrong with them but I found the dress I liked and am returning the rest. Her response with an attitude was "so you bought all these dresses for one even event??" I said yeah? Her next response was the icing on the cake. She told me in a sassy attitude "just for future reference if you're unsure about a dress you shouldn't have bought so many because there were other girls who were looking for those same ones" and at this point I'm over the entire interaction. When I had shopped there a few days prior there were a lot of dresses that weren't in stock or had my size in but I didn't complain or blame other girls for it being gone? Instead I bought other dresses to compromise and if it was going to be a problem then their return policy posted in front of the register which states that customers have 14 days to return their items must be wrong according to this worker. I had bought the dresses only a few days prior and was shocked by the attitude she gave me that I didn't even give her a response. She continued to roll her eyes at me throughout the transaction, told me to sign the receipt, held it out and didn't say anything else to me.Unfortunately this is one of few stores on island that carry event attire making my dress choices slim without having to order online. I left the store pissed off at the TERRIBLE customer service by this girl that I definitely won't be shopping at this Windsor location in the future. read more

The store manger at Pearl Ridge mall JoQuesha was absolutely phenomenal in assisting my daughter with her senior prom selection. My daughter gave JoQuesha her favorite color and every possible dress in that color JoQuesha ensured it was readily available to try on until she found the perfect dress. JoQuesha assisted my daughter with finding the perfect earrings and necklace set that would bring her dress to life. My daughter loved a pair of shoes that were in the store, but they did not have them in her size. JoQuesha informed us that she would have a shipment coming later in the week and she would call us if the shoe was in the store and that's exactly what she did while finding the perfect purse to match her shoes. JoQuesha made my daughter senior prom a wonderful dream where she felt like that perfect Princess. JoQuesha is absolutely phenomenal and gave us the best shopping experience we have received since moving to Hawaii 2 years ago. I have recommended over ten people to shop at Windsor in Pearl Ridge and ask for the manger personally due to her professionalism and attention to detail that the customer is looking for. Zero stars!!! I went to the Pearlridge location to return dresses I bought for my daughter to look at and she chose 2 of the dresses to keep for her banquet. I tried returning the others she didn't want. When I went to the register, I noticed the two workers talking to each other about personal stuff. They were talking to each other for a few minutes b4 they actually acknowledge me. I said I was doing a return and the worker had a bad attitude when I told her I didn't have a receipt. I told her I didn't have a receipt because the other worker that was helping me last week ran out of paper and told me the receipt is in my e-mail. I showed my e-mail receipt but she again said where is my printed receipt. Again I told her they didn't give me. The lady threatened me that she can refuse return but later did some returns but said that two dresses was not from their store and to go back to the Ala Moana store to return. I later looked again at my e-mail receipt in the car and noticed that one of the dress was on the e-mail for the Pearlridge store. I then found out that Ala Moana store will take back Items from another store. So why is this store treat their customers like that. I know that they probably had bad customers that habitually return things and even return with tags on after wearing them but If they check my records they will see I just purchased recently and not coming back every month buying and returning. I hope that the worker will understand that without customers she will not have a job. I was even more mad when she gave me the refund and said I need to leave the store. How rude can you be! I told her is that how you treat your customers. She quickly replied that you got your refund. I told her I will not step into this particular store anymore.
