If you love the glitz and glam at a reasonable price, then I'd suggest coming to Windsor. I always get my semi formal and formal dresses here for almost all occasions. I enjoyed the customer service yesterday. There was actually someone working in the dressing room and she was ready to assist me. The store is clean, there are also couches for those who are waiting, there were also a $7 sale on selected shoes. I love shopping here because their dresses and clothing have a pretty good amount of assorted colors

My new go-to store for every special occasion! I was looking for a maxi dress for an upcoming wedding that wasn't going to break the bank. I decided to come to Pearlridge to see what I could find! As I walked around, I saw that Forever 21 had closed and a new store replaced it! What caught my eye were the cute mannequins in the window. They were wearing red maxi dresses. I thought, OMG that's exactly what I'm looking for! What are the chances?!? I had never heard of this brand before so I decided to go in! As soon as I walked in, I knew I would find something! The front of the store had some Halloween costume ideas, short dresses, & other causal clothing options. Towards the back of the store, I spotted the special occasion and maxi dresses. I knew I wanted a red dress so I went straight to that rack! I honestly was a little nervous to see the prices because these dresses felt and looked like quality dresses! I was sooo excited when I saw the special occasion dresses started at $40! Even the higher end dresses were ~$80! That's soooo reasonable!! (I did not look at how much the more causal dresses were). I found a dress I liked and went straight to the fitting room. I tried it on and the dress fit! This NEVER happens to me! 1 dress and done?! Wow!! It was a burgundy fitted maxi with spaghetti straps and a high slit on one side for $39.90!!! I did notice that ALL SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE so make sure you try them on before buying and can use it more than once. Lastly, I did spot a sale rack with items marked down as low as $7!! What a steal! Overall, I'm super happy I found this store and will be returning for all my special occasion needs!

It's like a hit or miss when I come here. Sometimes the staff is so sweet but sometimes the girls are pretty rude/stuck up & I don't get why. lol I came in to shop and forgot my wallet so I asked if I could use the Apple Pay. The staff said it was new & glitchy but I decided to try it. They were right, it didn't work. No big deal.. got my wallet & purchased some items. Unfortunately, the worker forgot a sensor on one of the tops & now I have to drive back for them to remove it. I guess I'll be back to shop more ;-P Definitely great outfits for like proms/events or clubbing to just casual dates.

Now this, this is my kind of store! Reminds me of the shops in Vegas because of the fashion trends sold here. Sparkly and poppin! If you're looking for an outfit for a party or New Years last minute and don't want to chance waiting for it to arrive, this is a great spot! The store is very spacious which is a plus for mommies with strollers in tow. My son ran straight to the purple couches to sit lol. Major plus for offering an area for the husband/other half to rest while we do our shopping thang haha. I loved every sparkly outfit in here and l especially admired the wall with sparkly heels displayed! I didn't run into anyone while browsing around so I'm unsure about customer service. Since when did we have a Windsor? Lol Feels l haven't been to the mall in a long while. All in all great store to find an outfit for a special occasion. Hopefully this store lasts longer than Forever21.

Supposed to be zero star!!!! My friend never got to wear her dress to the ball because they forgot to take off the black sensor on her dress. It was very last minute when we were about to leave for the ball so she wore her dress and saw the black sensor still attached to the dress

Shopping in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. Looking for a gown for a formal wedding, I entered Do's Formal. Located on the corner of King Street and Smith Street, I parked in a loading zone which is free after 4pm. Inside, the store is filled with many gowns and even tuxedos! The variety colors and styles is overwhelming. I saw the arrows on the ground which help customers because a person could get lost in there! Service was friendly in the beginning, but cooled off in the end when I didn't like the dress that was suggested to me. I went in the dressing room, but didn't need help with the zipper. I did pull the straps shorter for a better fit, but tailoring the dress would be too much. If you need a wedding gown, suit, or prom dress, take a look here! Some styles look like beauty pageant fashion!

Her staff pulled 3 dresses for my were daughter who was shopping for a wedding dress for a Fall wedding 2026. We had gone to 2 stores in LA where she lives and couldn't find anything in her price range, under $1,000. I had made 2 bridal appointments since she is home for the holidays! The first one we canceled because the girl who was going to assist had a cough! Even though, she would wear a mask, we didn't want to take any chances! So fortunately, we went here Do Formals! It is in Chinatown and since it was a Sunday, we could find street parking! The first 2 dresses fitted her perfectly! "Like a glove" no alterations needed except to hem! They both were beautiful that we couldn't decide which one we liked more! It was the same price too $799! My daughter decided on the second one cause it would match her lacy sneakers and it had pockets! Who doesn't like a dress with pockets! Jackie helped us find the perfect veil! The lace on the outer edges matched the lace of her dress! The veil was so reasonable too! Only $69! What a deal! Spending 90 minutes to find the PERFECT gown and veil within her budget was so Lucky! It was fate! Will be back to get it hemmed! Thanks a million Jackie for all your help and valuable recommendations!

It took total of 5 appointments and dress pick up. Initially I liked both Jenny Yoo Martina dress ( simple, elegant style) and then Lillian West dress ( Boho floral lace style) that Rachel brought out to try on last. But for 2nd try on appointment, Jenny Yoo dress I liked was sold before I could try it on again. Their summer sale event ( all dresses discontinued from their racks on sale, so they can make room for new dress inventory) was going to occur the following week. I knew at that moment that I needed to select Lillian West dress, as my other option since there was no other dress from racks I wanted to try on from inital appointment and this appointment. The style I liked was A line, v neck with nice dress train and not too gothic, over bling out. With that summer sale, they cannot hold inventory for customers as it first come, first served when the shop opens. I selected that Lillian west dress before it sells off the racks. Rachel honored, gave me the sale price $500 with tax. With the alterations too, cost for the dress was over $1600 with total price of just under $1,000 for both dress, dress bag and alterations together. What a steal compared to show" Say yes to the dress", all the dresses at Kleinfield cost way more and other dress shops on the island. With the fittings, seeing both the dress with wedding veil I bought from Etsy seller along with the pearl drop earrings from Amazon, image of me as bride was stunning and made me feel like I'm ready to say I do. Masako held onto the dress until day before my December wedding as I was nervous if my cats destroy my dress happiness. I got many compliments from friends, family and my husband's co-workers who thought that dress was beautiful along with make up, hair style I had done. Very glad I went with Masako and genuinely recommend to future and engaged gals to come here if you are budget friendly shopper as the managers will work with your budget and provide recommendations. Please make an appointment online as they are appointment only, no walk in are allowed. Parking is at Whole Foods parking lot and walk over. But if you are picking up dress or having it cleaned/preserved, you are allowed to park in their assigned stalls, that way you do not carry that heavy thing across the street.

Let me start off by saying that the ladies who work here are literal ANGELS. They are patient,…read morekind, accommodating, and are truly there to help you find a dress that, in their owners words, "make you feel like a million bucks!" I visited Casablanca over a little less than a year ago now, and from my first visit to my very last, they were amazing. First off, don't be fooled by their smaller boutique, they have many dress options and were super accommodating on me wanting a long sleeve dress to cover my arm tattoos. They were totally non-judgemental and made me feel beautiful no matter what dress I tried on. I ended up going with a fitted mermaid style dress that was not what I expected- I originally wanted an a-line dress but somehow I fell in love with a totally different dress style. The dress was about 1-2 sizes too small, so we ordered the dress in one size up per the owner and 6 months later, my dress came in. Now, the only thing they didn't do was measure me at my first appointment, so unfortunately when the dress came in, it didn't fit me perfectly. It was definitely too tight on my arms and my chest area. They did say they could take out the dress and make alterations, but my mom felt that there wasn't enough room to let it out. They ended up calling the owner, who allowed me to look at a few new dresses that just came in while she checked if they could order my dress in another size up. Mind you, this was 3 months away from my wedding date, so I was really nervous that it wouldn't come in on time. I ended up trying on another dress closer to my original vision, a-line, long sleeve, and totally beautiful. Now this new dress was 2 sizes too big, but because of the original dress mishap, they said they would provide alterations for free! I was stunned by their kindness and their need to make what happened right. So now, 3 months before my wedding, I now had a new dress, and they were able to alter it to fit me perfectly. And listen, their tailor is literally amazing- so don't doubt the power of a great tailor, because the dress literally felt made for me after being way too big. To wrap it up, on my wedding day, my wedding coordinator did not know/could not zip up my dress. I'm going to skip all of the crash out moments (lol), but long story short, we called Casablanca, and they a) tried to explain it over the phone, then b) facetimed us to try and show how to get the dress to zip up, and when that didn't work, they literally drove down to my wedding venue and helped me into my dress. When I tell you these ladies are angels, I MEAN IT. I could not believe how much they were willing to do to make sure I was able to wear my incredibly beautiful dress. THANK YOU Casablanca!!! I cannot recommend them enough. You all are amazing and helped me feel "like a million bucks"!

Made an appt for the next available Saturday which was 3 weeks away. My wedding is 10 months away, so I knew I had to give enough time for shipping. If all goes well, the dress will be arriving 4 months to the wedding, to which we have ample time for dress fitting. There are 2 main waiting areas at Casablanca, downstairs and upstairs. We waited downstairs until the previous party was completed with their appt, to which we then moved upstairs. I showed Rowena pictures, she pulled a 3 options out. I already knew I didn't like the way some of them looked, she then pulled out 3 more. Then I tried them on. By that point, I already narrowed it down to that 2nd set of 3, Rowena had picked out. Came back the next day with my mom and sister for final approvals. Paid for and ordered a dress that Sunday. The process for trying on dresses was seamless and painless, thanks to Rowena. She truly is amazing at her job and makes you feel so comfortable. As for parking, there are a few stalls in their garage, or you can pull up on the grass up front if your car can go off-roading a little bit. There's also street parking nearby, but definitely carpool if you got several people coming by with you.

On top of that they couldn't find the suit they had ordered for the father of the bride. The store associates did not seem especially friendly and no one said a word to us when we walked in on multiple occasions, nor were they very helpful or obliging. Very cold, if I'm being honest. The groom stopped by after friends and family began returning their suits and the employee that helped them refused to let the groom their suits for important rings (not the wedding rings, don't worry!) that were in one of the pockets with the reasoning of "it's already been boxed up". I know we aren't the center of the universe, but being understanding of others' situations seems like a basic customer service skill. Especially because it was very clear how visibly shaken up he was about the missing rings. It also wasn't a very busy day so I can only chalk it up to laziness and a lack of care. I will definitely think twice about coming here when friends or family need suits...
