I'm a fan of the Spring Madness when they open their doors at 6am for great deals, and a midnight madness sale I think in December... but shhh, don't want too many people to know this secret! :) They also have cute little items for gift giving, jewelry, etc. If you're in a town that has an Ooh, you need to pop in and pick up something for yourself. I had thought to the store was empty, but turns out they were in the back, sitting, talking about their relationships. Not only that, but they were recording an Instagram reel, even though they had both made eye contact with me. It wasn't until 20 minutes of me being in the store, they started to put away merchandise. This store has cute clothing - for a good price - but the customer service is what I do not look forward to. On 2/15 I drove back out to the store with the intention of getting a refund and being done with the experience. Well, they don't take refunds. Just store credit in exchange. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Now I have to wait and see if the store gets a new watch in exchange for the malfunctioning one. What I don't understand is, I came back the very next day, with the item and proved it wasn't working properly. How does that warrant a refund? This makes no sense at all.

The entire time I shop at anthropology, not only one sales associate, but several seems to surround me and small Conversation what if we made it even difficult for me to pick my items and look through selections I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted. I hope this is not the policy of this company, and lI definitely will be reaching out to corporate and I hope that they come down and re-engineer the customer service practice at the store location . It was very obvious and offensive or that I was made to feel like a thief or someone that was unwanted in the store. You should be ashamed and I don't think that I will be spending my money there and I've definitely spread the word to have no one none of my friends and family or anyone else that I know to spend their money there. Unfortunately I continue through with my purchase and left the store. I'm not a big boutique shopper but I'd definitely come back here and go to town on some of their camo prints, the sweat I loved were $40, which may sound astronomical but again, this is a boutique store and they were so nice and soft. They had the cutest little bar cart set up in here with Hershey kisses, pink starburst, skinny pop, champagne and orange juice (def recommend the champs to be iced!) They added a simple belt for some sparkle and recommended a hair piece for the side of her head rather than veil.... What's good for one isn't good for all, really.
