Great price point for reliable service. I have been buying their Father's Day discount packs for 25 years. These days, for 20 bucks I get old-fashioned service both in and out. Where I'm from, that's the price of self service. This kind of full service costs twice that, and usually involves some clean-cut high school kids who don't know how to clean a car. My parents used to live in East Windsor. No more, but I still buy these discount packs to get my car cleaned here every time I drive through Jersey. A crew of guys descends on the car as soon as it comes out, and in 5 minutes the car is wiped down in and out. The wipe down ranges from good to very good, never disappointing. And if something disappoints, you just point and ask them to take care of it, and they gladly oblige. I get what I pay for, and what I like about the discount is it motivates me give a good tip, usually a $5 dollar bill. For 25 years, I haven't found any place between Brooklyn and Annapolis to rival this price point of service, so I keep coming back. read more

I can't really tell my car was washed. Incomple.\nTe vacuuming lots of dirt left everywhere.I paid extra for the tires and they still have dirt on the inside of the wheels that's very easily visible and should have been cleaned up. Save your money. read more

Disappointing First Visit: Money taken from car This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately it will be my last. The wash itself was just okay, but after the service I noticed money was missing from my car. I always take note of what I leave in my vehicle, so this was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I came expecting a simple, honest car wash and instead walked away feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Their pricing was similar with other places, the wash was just ok. The guys working outside have zero personality, were a little lackadaisical in their work ethic and left several unwiped or missed spots on my vehicle. Took one car in yesterday and one today. Went from hardly seeing out the windows to a sparkling car. Yesterday (Saturday) was busier than today, but the outside crew took their time to dry the cars and wipe them down. Very satisfied with both washes. read more

I don't have any issue with the quality of the car wash. I have a dog so all the dog hair isn't removed but that's part of being a pet parent. the facility no longer has public bathrooms, which apparently started during COVID. nearest bathrooms are probably Moes around the corner or Walmart/Home Depot. They finally started to take Apple and Google pay earlier this month. They also close early when it rains, or end up doing their maintenance on the car wash, so good to call ahead during auspicious weather to see if they're open. read more

Went here during the week and boy was I disappointed. Money was def taken out of my vehicle during the car wash. All the employees except the cashier was rude. The cashier (I think her name was Cindy) was pleasant and competent, however everyone else was just plain rude. This business would 100% fail without her. $25 Including tax for their top brand they didn't even bother to wax with tires or or vacuum the inside Of my trunk, which has pineapples in it from Christmas trees, and there were even that many he told me that it was an extra $10 charge, so that would make it $35 for a car wash. Zero Stars - one of the worst places I have ever been. $21.00 and even the front windshield was dirty. This place is a joke but I did not find it funny at all. They said they don't clean all weather mats I don't even think they vacuumed since I cleaned the car myself and found loose change , a hair comb and a candy wrapper. Very poor workmanship. Gave this carwash a try after a couple of years since my first try. No improvement despite the price increase. It's pricey, and service is so so. $29 with tip for a full service wash. Despite their Google listing saying that they accept nft mobile payments, there is a sign posted after you give them your car that says they do not accept Apple Pay or Google pay. I had $14 in cash, but owed another $6. The owner made me give something as collateral while I went around the corner to my house to get more cash. If you are not going to accept Apple Pay like 85% of US merchants do, you need to be up front about that, instead of treating a customer like a criminal. Not only did my car barely get cleaned and was left dirty when detailed ,I was told the trunk will be done as well and upon checkout was told no we don't do that. At that time I tried to change to wash without a vacuum and was forced to pay full price. read more

I had my car washed here and it didn't remove 5 small sap spots on the trunk. When I pointed them out to the men drying the car, they refused to try to remove them. I went inside and told the owner and he said you need a special cleaner to remove the sap and would not tell them to try to remove them. I told him "You will never see me in hear again" and his response was "GOOD"! You would think a full service car wash would have the necessary cleaners for such common issues and would try to satisfy the customer. read more

When I complained to the owner he said that is the best he can do and did not care when I told him I have been going there for 20 years so I won't be going back. The only car wash in the area. A bit pricey and sometimes they don't offer all of the services. They crew needs to spend a little more time when cleaning the interior, as I often have to ask them to go back and get something they missed. They charge $4.00 to clean your trunk... Man where to begin. First off, don't pay for single carwashes at $20 a pop. Buy the book, it is literally half the price per carwash. The owner of this place? I can't curse here, so let me just say: disrespectful, thinks he knows it all by his condescending conversations with others, leaves his corvette parked in the front to show it off, walks around doing this thing where he cranes his neck and pushes back his shoulders (maybe he has some kind of disorder?). Got the most expensive package. Really disappointed. They did a slap dash job and I was the only customer, so there was no need to rush. I took the time beforehand to completely clear out my car so they could access all surfaces. I was in a hurry so jumped into the driver's seat and went to my next stop. It was then I realized they completely skipped much of the car. I felt so cheated I drove back and asked them to finish the work. When I popped the trunk and showed the sand still in there from a recent trip to the beach, they said I'd have to pay extra!! No one ever said anything about extra money for different areas of the interior! So glad I didn't buy the book of passes. I will never go there again.
