Ordered part from them and tried to ensure if it would arrive on that date. I was reassured over…read moreand over again by rep that no worries it'll be here by a time. Asked if I should call even. No no need to call it'll be here. So ok. Day comes I travel half hour get there. Nope part didn't get there. Nice now have to wait three more days. Thing is I could have went to local dealership paid less and had the part in a 3 day timeline. But went with these ding dongs for more money but one day delivery. Guy behind desk looked like lost puppy. Blaming the other guy shipping. Your business. Not even some kind of discount for my inconvenience. I guess this is how businesses run now a days. I went to dealer like I should have. Learn a lesson here I guess.

1 star rating for charging far more than Honda other dealers in parts…read more 1 star rating for having a terrible service department that's incompetent and sucks at diagnosing cars correctly. They don't even give loaner cars. 1 star rating for replying negatively to negative reviews on other platforms. They choose to reply negatively rather than take the feedback seriously. Everyone who gives you a one star rating is somehow the issue and not this dealership.
