This store has a wide variety of moderately priced, special occasion dresses. My experience is always great when I order online. Unfortunately, my experience in the store is completely different. The staff isnt attentive and they always close the dressing rooms early. I was in the store today at 7:10PM. The store closes at 8PM. This is the dressing room below. This is unfortunate because the special occasion dresses aren't able to be returned! read more

Windsor has been a great shop for me to find formal wear and cocktail dresses without spending an arm and a leg. The prices are fairly affordable, and I've been lucky with my finds. I've found the quality of the dresses here are of equal quality or even better than those I've ordered online at "quality" stores such as Asos, but my finds at Windsor are much more affordable. The store is still fairly new, so it's still in tip top condition every time I've visited. They are more organized than other stores I've visited, but I've noticed their items are more color coordinated rather than being organized by style, so you may have to make more efforts to peruse through their selections. They have many elegant (even sexy if that's what you're going for) dresses here! There are other selections available aside from dresses, but I haven't bought anything other than dresses here, so I can't attest to the quality of any other pieces they may have. This is a women's clothing store so don't expect to find much for the mister here. Customer service has been great here each time I've visited. I haven't ran across anyone who hasn't been friendly or helpful. Great addition to Perimeter Mall! Located on the first floor in the Macy's wing. read more

Was in town from LA for the Thanksgiving holidays. Decided to partake in some Black Friday Shopping, so I went to Perimeter Mall. Windsor was not originally on my "hit list" for stores, but I stumbled upon it and went in anyways. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I immediately experienced when I walked in. All of the Sales Reps were extremely hospitable but not pushy and overbearing. The sale was absolutely amazing as well! Jennifer Hyman and Lex were very helpful and really nice. I just had to compliment them on their level of service. All sale items all over the floor , a full rack of unwanted things people tried on... why ? Because they don't have a person in charge of the fitting rooms. The same persons on the register is the same on the floor and working the fitting rooms. never asked if I'm doing okay or greated me when I came in. The employees were really rude at check out, and careless! Having there own conversations and not taking me serious. no smiles at all either, as they hated there job or something? worst experience ever. not sure how there's five stars... read more
