I specifically made sure to ask the staff and verify whether the oral surgeon was in-network (knowing that he only comes to this clinic once a month). I was aware that other dentists at the clinic were in-network for me, but I was never given the name of the oral surgeon before the procedure. I was assured that he was in-network for my insurance, which was the only reason I had my procedure done here. However, after my claim was filed, I was informed that he was out-of-network.
