I honestly do not like dentist offices, after looking at reviews on line and finding out my mom went here I decided I would give them a try. I went in kind of knowing what Dr. Thomas was going to tell me (haven't been to the dentist in years). The staff was amazing made me feel like I was part o their family and extremely comfortable . Dr. Thomas was very informative and very honest with me as well as kind. I had a deep cleaning that day but was not able to do all at once, so I was able to break it it half which worked for my time and pockets. My dental hygienist was AMAZING . I felt no pain when Dr. Thomas administered the shot or when I was getting my deep clean. It was truly an awesome experience. The whole experience at this dentistry is just top notch. From friendliness, to positive atmosphere, and technical experience and equipment everything is great. The staff is always cheerful and make an effort to engage in small talk. Even the doctor makes an effort to chat with me about things other than my teeth. I can tell I'm not just a number here but a person they care about. The doctor is great at explaining everything that's going on in my x-rays. I had a history of cavities before coming to him and he took the time to show me my trouble areas in the x-rays and propose new ways for better dental hygiene beyond the obvious basics. This is an unbeatable dental practice!!! From the front desk to the dentist,there's is an air of peace,calm and joy there. I'm one that avoids visiting doctors or hospitals. But, honestly I just walked into Cornerstone and have been thoroughly blessed every time I visit. I had my 2nd root canal done here and I actually didn't realize I was at the dentist, it was relaxing and refreshing. Dr Thomas is so gentle and carries you along every step of the way. Best experience I've had at a dentist. The front desk is very nice, knows my name. The assistant staff are great, always checking if I'm comfortable. Dr. Thomas knows what he's doing and explains everything. They always get me in on Saturdays which was the reason I came. And now I'll never leave. Dr. Thomas even walks you to the front and helps with the insurance and payment part of the visit, then calls to check on how you're feeling on his days off even. Finally I got the right dentist after exploring a few of them around sugarland. I went to Cornerstone yesterday for the first time. It was amazing! The entire staff is wonderful and although dentists normally terrify me, Dr Thomas was so kind and gentle that I was calm and relaxed. A first! It was a wonderful experience. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I have not been in years but had heard such good things about Dr. Thomas and his staff. When I went in for my first deep cleaning in years, the staff was so warm and friendly. I was shocked how there was zero pain. I also had multiple cavities filled and again--zero pain. What a amazing place from start to finish!! First of all they have Saturday appointments...but the best part is they are efficient and kind and answered all of my husbands and my questions during his dental exam.
