If you're not familiar , it's similar to a smaller version of a Whole Foods . They do carry vegan options here ( not as many as a Whole Foods ) . Beware of stacked water bottle towers around the store , I barely clipped a tower with my arm and the ENTIRE tower came down , super dangerous.

Their sushi is not talked about NEARLY enough. Their salmon is usually pretty good, so I usually order their salmon maki, a salmon avocado roll, or a chef special with a salmon avocado roll and salmon nigiri if they have them stocked up. If the roll you're looking for isn't there, just ask one of the chefs to make it for you. (It's usually better that way too, since it's more likely to be fresh.)
