I don't know why this place has such negative reviews. I came here today 5/11/2021 and I was returning some dresses and had such a great experience with it. I wish I got the person that helped me name, so I can give her great mention! Anyways, she was working upfront while trying to handle calls at the same time. She never once gave me attitude for needing to return. I would strongly recommend this place due to the customer service. If management is reading this, try to see your employer is that was working today after 3pm, I was helped by an really awesome employer! I am reading other reviews, and people are upset that they had to wait in line? However, I never had that experience. Took my niece dress shopping for her birthday party and she was able to find so many cocktail dress options. She tried on about 13 dresses and was struggling to decide between 3 options. She finally decided on 1 and it was really well made and of excellent quality. Staff was also so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. read more

Finally, I can shop for dresses without having to drive to Riverside or Ontario. Moval, y'all know what I'm talking about. This location is much larger than the Riverside location. I don't feel cramped while perusing. Clean and organized. Similar variety of clothing selections but possibly higher quantity of the same dress/clothing styles. I love the dressing rooms because they have padded chair stools, which Charlotte Russe (previous store) didn't have. The service is awesome. Friendly, helpful, and quick! Yelp check in makes me wana go back. Who doesn't like discounts/coupons?? Customer service was good. The 2 girls were friendly. Alot of the clothing was size small which Is why only 3 stars. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemy when I went shopping here for a dress for my daughter's graduation I was browsing trying to help my daughter look for a dress I spotted the store manager snooping around talking into a earpiece and looking right at me she just constantly kept following me around she didn't even greet me or welcome me or asked to see if I needed any help after looking through all the tattered thin Apparel poor quality of Selection limited choices and overall terrible customer service but most of all I don't like being followed causing me to have an unpleasant shopping experience I don't know what gave The skittish store manager the assumption to do so all I did was look around like I said I was out shopping with my daughter for a dress I suspected the manager had pre-existing notations against people of color (which is wrong by the way) but that's OK after my daughter try on those horrible dresses we left I went to JCPenney's and bought a beautiful blue rose princess dress for half of the cost for my daughter. I was looking for a bridesmaid's dress and I was greeted by a nice lady (I forgot her name) and she helped me find a perfect dress. I started looking for shoes but they didn't have my size. I asked another nice lady at the counter and her name is Vanessa. Even if they were closing, she still managed to help me by calling their other store and had them save it for me. I got it the following day. A week after, the bride-to-be changed her mind about the dress and shoes so I went back and Vanessa willingly helped me exchange the dress and shoes. Another week has passed, the bride said my dress was too dark so I exchanged it again and Vanessa patiently helped me find the dress online which is no longer available. She made some suggestions and I found my perfect dress. I am so glad that she never gave up on me and never showed sign of irritation (as I kept on changing my dress) instead, she was very friendly and very accommodating. Thank you Vanessa You are awesome. The bride-to-be loves my dress and I think she is having the others exchange theirs to mine read more
