Just bought a hat for a little more than a $100. Couldn't you have offered a cheap cardboard box with it, instead of putting it in a plastic bag and saying here you go? So this my husbands go to place for suits and dress shoes. I personally love the service and selection. Let's not for get to mention Wali. Best sales guy ever. He's personable and reliable. My husband just got a suit for a very special occasion. He ordered a 42 long but he neglected to take into account that he would be wearing a vest underneath. He thought it was a little to tight before we left the store but just chalked it up to weight gain. He then realized that he should've ordered a 44 long. He called Wali and he took care of him. I haven't stepped foot in Jazzuli since 2016 for a high school prom, but since then there has been a major improvement in suit selection and other fancy styled clothing. Not only did the selection excel, but the customer service provided by Will and Juliana was exceptional. Around the first week of March of 2024, I had gone in for a tailor on my slacks. When I walked in there I saw that two individuals who looked to be a couple. I would say their age would be around the late 40 maybe early 50's. They were waiting to be seen by the employees who worked there, who were dealing with other customers at the time and became extremely impatient. There were a lot of customers that day, but these customers insisted on being the priority. Even though I was only there to get my pants tailored, I decided to look around knowing good and well that I wasn't going to buy anything. You can say I was practicing my patience that day. But let's cut to the chase. This older couple became impatient with Juliana and started to yell at her. I am no one to judge but I can say the customer service and professionalism were displayed by Will and Juliana. Patience, understanding, service, and attitude were all shown by these two. I have never seen a customer react so abruptly in my life if I'm being honest. About an hour had passed before I was seen. This is how long the lady was yelling. I kid you not she was yelling for about a good hour and I just wanted to get my pants tailored. Juliana being the professional that she was asked me if I needed any assistance, and if I had been seen. It was like she had a switch for professionalism and turned it on when she spoke to me. She wasn't mad at all and she did not display any anger toward me because of the impatient customer. So I say, don't hesitate to come inside Jazzuli even if a crazy customer is screaming at the top of her lungs. You won't receive any backlash or crossfire from the emotions roaming around the room. read more

Of course this MV store we visited this month has an amazing collection of shoes, hats, and clothing, etc. We just have to second the comments about Julianna. I think my husband tried on at least 10 different shoe sizes/widths/styles. She had patience, kindness and cheerfulness all wrapped up into one! What a refreshing employee! I came when i seen the wall of hats, the cherry on top of any fine dress attire so many too choose from! Right away Bilel encouraged me to try all on until i found the right one. Its hard to find a real MENS store these days. Thank God for these guys. Almost had to drive to Southgate to pick up a pair of OG Stacis for my Son and I that most stores dont carry anymore unfortunately. Well these guys do and will continue to get my business so long as that continues. Service was exceptional without being too pushy or annoying like continually asking me if I need any help after Ive stated 20 times already that I do not, like at some stores. The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable about their productsl. Fine selection of shoes, hats and Pendletons from what I checked out. Strongly recommend this store for the few that still shop for MENS clothing and not the majority of stores these days which are hard to discern which section is the MENS section. They took the time to answer all my questions and even took the time to answer questions in regards to getting a hat for myself. They explained how to take care of the hats and how to clean them. If I could give this business a zero, I would. I recently had a very bad experience on December 9th. My husband and I walked in looking for a bow tie with suspenders for our Christmas family pictures. After we purchased them, we walked out of the store and went back inside 3 seconds later after realizing we wanted a different color bow tie instead. My husband went back inside to return it but the young girl at the cash registered said no refunds. We were never told this while purchasing the products (which should have been said). The girl just pointed to the sign in front of the store. My husband told her we literally just bought it less than 2 mins ago, but she would not allow us to return it. Very bad customer service & I believe they purposely did not tell us no refunds while we were purchasing it. 3 young girls were working there this day and they were all distracted & unprofessional. read more

I walked in last week with my brothers and the first thing the worker asked me when I started looking at hats is " did you wash your hair before you came here"? He was beyond unprofessional and not welcoming at all. My girlfriend came in the store today was inside for 10 minutes nobody even asked her if she needed help. Hello everyone, today I want to talk about one of the best experiences I've ever had at a suit outlet. I told him I was going to a Christmas party and the type of look I wanted. My experience in the store was unbelievable! the staff is on point. The associate who took care of me knew me better than I knew my self. I came here looking for a blue suit i seen the suit I liked he brought it down and it fit like a glove. He asked me all the right questions. Do I need a shirt , do I have a tie in mind, do you have shoes to go with the suit, very important!!! When i came back to the store my suit was ready my shirt was pressed everything in line.
