We looked around for a little bit. They do have really nice stuff that I wanted to purchase, but I decided not to give that establishment my money. When we walked out, my son was in front of me. He had a bag with other stuff that he purchased at other stores, and the lady was just looking at him up and down, like if my son took something. I turned around, looked at her, and said 'you have a good day.' Once again, she didn't respond. She made us feel super uncomfortable.

That was very kind and we appreciated the flexibility. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually pick up the item, her attitude completely changed. She became extremely rude and essentially berated me, my dad, and my husband. To this day, I'm not entirely sure why she was so upset with us since we had both agreed on a pickup time. However, the messages she sent afterward made it clear that she had little respect or basic courtesy toward us. I've worked in customer service before, so I understand that customers can sometimes be frustrating. If she was upset about something we did, I can understand feeling frustrated. However, speaking to customers the way she did is something I would never do. The store may have some interesting items, but I would much rather spend my money supporting businesses that treat their customers with respect.
