I had a horrible experience when it came to paying my items.One of the girls was going to ring me up and the girl that was ringing up was send to get shoes.The manager i was told her name is Perla told them no and it was so awkward to leave a customer at register because she didnt wan the girl to ring and the one that was ringing had to go get the shoes.How does that work?!I had to wait 10 min to be ring up when the other lady could have done or herself. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience at this location! I drove from San Diego to pick up a dress that the other locations near me and online did not have in my size. It was sold out online. Fortunately, this location that was 2 1/2 hours from my home was the only one that had it. From the very first phone call the staff was so nice and accommodating. They apologized for not being able to ship it to me. They held the dress for me and when I arrived I was greeted with such warmth it was like they knew me forever. Yesenia and chienne were amazing! Those two ladies worked well together. I watched as they both helped customers with such great spirit and joy. They acted if they themselves owned the store. They strives to make sure every customer was given the attention they deserved. I wish I lived closer, I would choose this location to dress me for all of my events. Came in today for the sale and was AMAZED. Chris was absolutely amazing and attentive. This guy managed to grab 10 pairs of shoes with no hesitation. He had 4 women yelling sizes left and right and don't miss a beat! His customer service was immaculate. I can not commend him for being so patient with all of us! If you're looking for great service while shopping, don't hesitate to ask for him! Dominique jumped in as well and managed to assist without even blinking an eye! I am really upset that I am giving such a poor review, but at this point, Windsor as a company has frustrated me for the last time. I had one great experience picking out a formal dress, and since then I have not seen that employee in there again. I have come in a few times recently looking for a formal down for some engagement photos. None of the employees walk up and ask if you need assistance. In fact, I can barely tell who the employees are. Which I get it, Windsor is a fashion brand not a Target or something, but they look like any regular customer. I only approached the employee I did because she was behind the check out counter. This store does not carry half the selection on line and you cannot order something in store to be shipped there for pick up. You can only order it to be sent to your address. I decided I would atempt to do this at home and not waste any more time at the mall. Silly me... that's too simple. I get an error message saying I typed something wrong and my order wont be processed. I know what all of my card information is. But once you get the error message, you cannot try to process the order again. Oh but it does hold the money from your bank accont. I called customer service and there is apparently nothing they can do. She said Windsor would eventually drop the transaction and the money would no longer be on a hold from my account, oh but they can't cancel the transaction OR push it through and I will not be getting what I ordered unless and until I wait for the charge to drop off and then try again "using the correct billing information." How about I wait for the money to go back to my account and I take my money elsewhere. read more

Windsor was our first stop on our quest for homecoming dress shopping. My kid tried on probably 8 dresses and nothing was quite right. The store was tidy and had a huge selection in many sizes. The store was very busy with two of our local high schools having homecoming this weekend. With no luck we searched the rest of the mall and came back to Windsor. This is where Windsor bumped up their game and I would have given them 6 stars if I could. Melinda (might have been Melina) was SUPER helpful. My daughter found 2 more dresses to try on and I gave her 2 more and Melinda brought her 2 more also, and then 3 others and then 2 more. Melinda was great, asking my daughter if she likes this or that, and most importantly she was great at telling my kid, "You won't hurt my feelings if you don't like what I bring, I just want to help you find a dress you will love!" I did my best to keep up with zipping dresses back up and getting them on hangers, but all of the employees were really fast at helping put away my daughter's discards. The general easy going atmosphere of the employees made our shopping experience 100 times better than it could have been. And kudos to the AV, all of the girls who were there with friends or moms, trying on dresses were very sweet and polite and encouraging toward each other. read more

Every single time i come in here all of the staff is rude. Never about the store policies but their service level is just terrible. Wont help you AT ALL . Will cut you off while speaking. Very dismissive. There are only 2 actually nice helpful girls in there. Im sure they are managemnt. Everytime they are not near by/in the store the service is terrible. Our experience at Windsor-Palmdale, last weekend was top notch! I brought two of my girls (teen and adult) here for shoes and accessories. They were both undecided and had little experience in choosing heel sizes. The sales agent, Cheyenne, was instrumental in sharing her personal experience selecting pumps and pairing the statement pieces useful for our photo shoot. She educated us about some shoes running smaller than others and brought out several pairs we selected along with choices she thought would go with our color scheme and location. Not only did Cheyenne have great taste for style and cleanliness, she was also sensitive to keeping her distance and mask on while engaging us and attending to incoming customers. She was professionally friendly, efficient, patient and experienced in sales. We end up leaving with more items than we planned for. I came in clueless looking for last minute outfits for my video shoot, she asked a couple questions about what look i was aiming towards and went straight to work! Brought me back multiple outfits and i loved all of them, and i just loved how she was on top of everything, she assessed me with everything i needed.
