I'd give the zero stars if I could. The owner lied several times about being able to get a dress in on time and have it altered before prom. We had to switch dresses as a result and the dress she presented hours after my scheduled pick up time was trashed by her supposed seamstress. It was so last minute I had to pay for a dress with a raw hemline, mismatched seams, and globs of hot glue just so I could take it to a proper tailor who rushed the repairs overnight so we could have it ready. She has actively avoided my calls, my complaint to BBB and even sent her staff to deal with this because she has no moral compass to fix what she knows she messed up. Not to mention lying on the phone about who she was so she didn't have to talk to me. I will never return to that store and advise you not to as well. The owner is a scam artist. read more

The quality of the dresses are nice that's why I have a 2 stars but the over all experience was not great we had a few pieces altered and they came back not fitting when I asked the girl all she said was. Well that what it said to do on the receipt :( then we ordered a custom piece and it looks cheaply made and not like what we talked about now I know It can be difficult to get exactly what u want when making custom but we brought pics and it was t complicated my kiddo is very sad and so am I I would avoid doing alterations here or any custom pieces read more

Way over priced and poor service. They took measurements for my daughter's dress then told us it would be ready in a week and we would get a call for when dress could be picked up. We paid over $400. Never received a call. Was unable to reach store by phone as phone number goes to voice-mail that has not been set up. We had to go to store, dress was ready. Straps needed adjustments and they charged us again after for this. Dress also had tear in the back we did not see until day of tye event. I went into the store wanting to look for a quince dress. The worker never greeted me or my mom or ask what we were looking for. We started looking on our own and when she saw us looking at dresses on the wall she told us we were not allowed to be in that area looking at them. We walked out and won't return again. I will never purchase anything out of this store again I purchase 5 pairs of jeans here had to bring the jeans back because upon putting them on the zipper broke ( zippers ) I came to pick up my jeans on more than one occasion to only get excuses after excuse well here I am 5 months later because of the excuses they gave they have lost my jeans and are wanting me to repurchase jeans I never even got to wear. They are only offering to give me a discount a nothing else. Who in there right mind would do that. Buyer beware don't take your clothing back for alterations unless you want to get make when excuses & your items getting lost and then trying to make more money off of you for their mistake. I came here hoping to buy a prom dress but was disappointed. The dresses felt really cheap and the embroidery was falling apart. Nevertheless, I figured I'm only going to wear it once so it's not that big of a deal. I go to check out and they tried to charge me almost $300! For a very tacky and poorly made dress. Totally not worth the money and you can find better-made dresses for half of the price online. They also have extremely limited sizing in-store and you most likely will need to custom order one. read more

This store is a hidden gem. I was able to order a dress for a wedding, have it altered and ready within 10 days. They have an amazing selection and the prices are excellent. They will also help you pick the perfect dress for your body type. Kira was amazing with being able to figure out exactly what I needed, even when I didn't have a clue. Shirley was beyond phenomenal with fitting the dress and sending it out for alterations. Her seamstress knowledge is amazing. This will be the first place I shop for all special occasions. Zero compassion and understanding for recent events. I was totally willing to get another dress but they wanted to "restock" a order that was never even ordered. Sounds like nothing until it's 600 bucks. All I left was a deposit to place an order. But since we're not having the event anymore I didn't need that specific dress. I would have ordered something different. So sad some people just are not meant for retail. The poor girl stood there and stared for 5 min, until I asked so I take it nothing can be done. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! DO NOT PAY FOR EVERYTHING UPFRONT BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. WHAT I ORDERED & PAID FOR IS NOT WHAT I GOT!! I ordered a dress from here about 1 month & 1/2 ago. Since my daughter is pretty tall we were debating if she was a size 4 or 6. They took it upon themselves & ordered a size 6. When it arrived I got a call, we went to try the dress on, it was really big & long so we agreed on ordering a size 4. A week later they called said the dress was in so we went again to try it on this time it seemed a little weird that the dress was missing a button on the back & the tag on the outside looked like they peeled off a recent size sticker & just put size 4. The tag inside the dress didn't have a size on it & also looked like it was cut off where it supposed to have the size. I asked the lady that was helping try the dress on if it was the size 4 or was it the size 6 cut down? She replied with "it's the size 4 the other one is in the back." I knew right there & then I should've asked to see the other one to compare it. Long story short I called as soon as I got home to take it back & compare it with the size 6 she said they had already sent it back. I told her this dress is not a size 4 the tags don't say it & it looks like if it was altered. So they offered to order a new one I said ok are you gonna call me when it's in or do I call she said they would call me in the morning because they were closing. I asked if I could take the other one back when I got the new one she said yes it's fine. Got a call in the morning she asked me if I wanted a size 4 or 2 because the size "4" was gonna be the same length which is funny because the dress only came in size 4 & up. I told her a 4 the 2 from the top was not gonna fit her she said the 4 is gonna be the same length as the one I already have I said ok the reason I said ok is because I wanted to compare the difference in sizes. I went back to pick up the dress this was about the 3rd week in from when we first ordered, the event is this weekend & I am just now looking at the dress & I'm pretty sure the dress was altered again!! I did not get what I asked for. This dress is worse than the second dress I got. Not happy at all!! There's probably more stuff I left out but it's too much to explain. read more

I came to the store looking for a dress with my friend and Lisa was rude and not very helpful and had a lot of attitude.

They are horrible my son was in a qunicenera and they told my son it would be 80 I get there to pay now it's 93 so yes I was mad but he needed to rent his suit so I paid at the end of April they did not have his suit ready until they day before the party while all the other boys had there's plus his pant and jacket didn't fit he had to switch with other people from the party as there stuff didn't fit them ether . We were told a dress was going to be a certain price. 2 days later that price went up significantly due to some "special" ending, which is absolutely BS because no one told us about a special the whole time I was shopping, trying on dresses and speaking to the saleswoman about our budget. Everthing that they say is true. My niece paid for her prom dress 2 months ago, needed alterations. She has had a few alteration appointments and today is 2 days before prom Shirley tells her its not done yet and that there is no one within a 40 mile radius that can do them!! My niece didn't go to work today, this lady upset her. Not only did my niece save her money to buy this dress, she didn't go to work today. If this store couldn't handle all the prom dresses that need alterations done they should have informed people. Shirley dropped off dress without talking to my niece, didn't offer any adjustment. My niece did get her dress today, after being upset and was given a $30 discount. We purchased this dress in good faith, was told alterations were no problem. Prom season comes around every year same time there is no excuse Shirley can give me that is acceptable. Its disappointing they should know better!!!
