I went to the front to report the incident to Brian the manager, he acted confused until another woman came over and asked me if I was telling the manager about the male being in the dressing rooms.(she was clearly upset about the incident as well) And then Brian said " I don't know the mental state of the male in the changing room" I said, "what are you talking about? It doesn't matter his mental state" "How about the mental state of the girls that are in there changing their clothes while a man is on the other side of the door!!" he said "we have cameras. When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.
