I went for a prenatal massage at 27 weeks during my vacation. Very welcoming when you walk in. I loved that the doors stay locked while there are sessions going on for quiet and peace. Shelly was great! The massage felt relaxing and she prepped me beforehand. She was mindful of how I was feeling in my pregnancy. At the end, she explained things she felt/found that may cause me issues later based on how my body felt and how to help cope at home.
