The littles were only able to use the inflatables for a short time. The rains were persistent and the crew returned the following day to pick up the inflatables. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.

Reserved a date through their website for the Pirate Ship Bouncer. I can't believe how easy it was…read moreto reserved the date, just filled out the information. About a week after my reservation, Daniel called me and confirmed my rental. I did not know the exact date yet because I did not get my permit for Ala Moana Beach Park. So he saved two dates for me and I told him i would call him that week to re-confirm. I called back to re-confirm and got my deposit down of $50. I mentioned that I had the Hawaii Parent coupon and he gave me a discount on top of the sale. He then sent me digital contract. The day of my sons party, Tito set up the huge pirate ship with two helpers. They came right on time and set up the bouncer very quickly. Tito asked me if the position of the bouncer was where I wanted it and made sure that I was happy on the set up. After they finish setting up the bouncer they went inside and whipped everything down and then tito had me sign the contract that they dropped off the bouncer and they already had my card on file so that saved me some trouble of getting my card again and etc. The only reason it was shy of a star was that the generator stopped working about 3 times but it did go back on again. All those times I had kids in there that were freaking out and screaming adults panicking and so forth. I don't understand why it went down but I called Daniel the 3rd time and told him what happened. He told me he was going to send one of his guys out to see the problem and if they needed to switch the generator out. Tito came and checked on it and reassured us that if it happened again, that i call him directly. So he gave me his cell number and apologized and from then on there were no problems. I would definitely use them again, my quests kept telling me they had so much fun and wanted me to take it home. Haha until next time!

I knew I wanted a bouncer, but figured I'd find no one with this theme. I began researching the different companies that offer bounce houses and came across Ohana Bounce (my friend also recommended them). Lo and behold....they had this theme (they were the only ones out of 5 that I called)! They also had summer specials so I saved a little money. Everything from start to finish was smooth. They were a few minutes late to set up, BUT they also came a little late to tear down...which gave the kids more time to jump their hearts away! Rental period is for 8 hrs and he doesn't charge delivery fees. Major plus!! I'd definitely go with them again!
