Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. Was kinda stressed looking for someone who could set up a secured covering at a reasonable price. Luckily found Honolulu party rentals. Ryan promptly returned my call and worked within my budget. Dennis and his gang came in early to set up and even helped us in setting up the tables when they noticed that we were running behind schedule. They gave A LOT. For the price of all those items I rented them for I was expecting the servings to be small but in fact they were the opposite. The halo halo for example was the size of a regular halo halo you would find at a restaurant. The cotton candy was bigger than the size of my head. All the adults and kids really enjoyed them. They also stayed longer than the time I rented them for and even saved the take down of the bounce house for last because the kids were still enjoying it. Dennis and his gang was very friendly and quick with their service. At the end of the party, they helped us with clean up too! I'm so glad that we used them. And we rented thousands of dollars worth of wedding supplies from them for our wedding. We own a company that deals with luxury real estate and were just shocked at how horribly these people treated us. We have never seen such horrible customer service in our 15 years in business. It culminated when they just charged our card without any email or call or detailed invoice. Basically they were unhappy because we did not tear down all the tables and chairs and their cushio ns sat outside overnight. They had never told us we needed to put all the cushions away.... And a couple glasses and a tray were missing. We had a simple and elegant wedding but they acted as if we had thrown a rager and lost and broke a bunch of stuff which is simply not the case. I just feel bad for these people as they clearly will not be around long. I was literally sitting in our honeymoon suite on the phone with them for half an hour arguing when it dawned on me how crazy it was that I'm giving these people my money and business and they act like we owed them!
