There is also a studio space in the back of the gym where they offer group classes, but if there are no classes happening you are free to use the space on your own. The pricing is really great for what you get. We've been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

I will say, it would have been nice if they provided boxing gloves hitting the bags barehanded left my hands a little sore. The facilities were clean and well maintained overall, although a lot of the lockers in the locker room were either broken or locked already, which was a downside. On the positive side, I loved the variety the gym offers you can strength train, do jiu jitsu, boxing, and more. Plus, their membership is super flexible with no long-term commitment. They also have a massage station you can earn free sessions for by tagging your workouts (though honestly, I wish a free massage was just included!). They even treated us to free smoothies after the workout, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience so much so that I even considered switching from my regular gym and jiu-jitsu studio to join them!
