I was fine with that but after her call she told me she had terrible news. It was that RK currently did not currently have that item at the location she called. I found out that other locations from same competitor did have the item in stock and it could be sent to that store. So I asked her why they cant use that information? Then the girl said that they can only price match up to 20 miles from their store. I don't understand why that makes any difference when items are available and can be sent to the competitors store within their network and for free. So with a price difference of a $100 I got worst news, I will be going to the competitors and most likely not be returning to Buchheits. Reason number 1, PRICE! And number 2, is because of poor customer service.
