He kept looking at his clipboard and then denied the product was under warranty (I later received reaffirmation that Whirlpool was covering this). I left to get something and when I came back, he was playing loud music on his phone. I had to ask him twice to turn it off. He then told me he was on the phone with someone. Awful experience. They identified a faulty spark plug and replaced it for $9 in addition to charging me a $50 Spring maintenance fee (they did sharpen the blade). Took it home and it did not start. Took it back. Evidently, they made some adjustments which they did not tell me about - they adjusted the throttle on the mower handle along with the pull cord. The pull cord was very loose, but they told that was okay. It was not loose when I took it in. Brought mower home again and used it twice. Both times it barely started. The third time, the pull cord came completely out. The person with "special fingers" as he called himself, has successfully ruined my lawnmower.
