He kept looking at his clipboard and then denied the product was under warranty (I later received reaffirmation that Whirlpool was covering this). I left to get something and when I came back, he was playing loud music on his phone. I had to ask him twice to turn it off. He then told me he was on the phone with someone. Awful experience. I didn't know what he was supposed to do so I asked him to leave. He did nothing but waste time.

Had a good selection of the 2x10 and 2x12 lumber that I needed. It was mostly dry which is a plus when you are buying treated lumber as it doesn't tend to warp as bad if it is dry when you buy it. I took it to…read moreScott's because after performing the Spring maintenance myself as I usually do, I could not get it to turnover. They identified a faulty spark plug and replaced it for $9 in addition to charging me a $50 Spring maintenance fee (they did sharpen the blade). Took it home and it did not start. Took it back. Evidently, they made some adjustments which they did not tell me about - they adjusted the throttle on the mower handle along with the pull cord. The pull cord was very loose, but they told that was okay. It was not loose when I took it in. Brought mower home again and used it twice. Both times it barely started. The third time, the pull cord came completely out. The person with "special fingers" as he called himself, has successfully ruined my lawnmower.

I called them immediately after they left and they said they would be back later that evening to pick it up and replace it. Weeks and weeks went, I was calling them this whole time and the manager never returned my calls. Well I finally got to speak with her and she kept telling me that she would deliver it herself and quess what, she never did. I have been paying for the island this whole time. Well a week later I got real pissed and I called her and told her I didn't want the damn anymore and to put every penny I on my new bedroom set that I also purchased and they even done that. I have never not once got a response from them. This is the worse place to do any kind of business with. They are rude,they never return your phone calls and they charge you for broken items. I decided to purchase 90 days same as cash a little scratch and dent number at a decent price that would be just fine for a few months and then we could utilize it in our finished basement apartment or gift it to one of our children if needed. They went out of their way to deliver that to me in a speedy fashion as they knew I was desperate and I really appreciate this top notch service. I would recommend them as I'm not sure people even consider this as an option sometimes.
