HD, some of us cannot shop during the day, so it would be nice if you could staff associates who could help and that are knowledgeable. When you have to walk from the flooring to the front registers just to find help, then get sent back to that department for no one to ever show up to assist, you lost a customer(s). Send in some secret shoppers or teach your employees to offer help. It would probably get your sales #'s up, not down!

He kept looking at his clipboard and then denied the product was under warranty (I later received reaffirmation that Whirlpool was covering this). I left to get something and when I came back, he was playing loud music on his phone. I had to ask him twice to turn it off. He then told me he was on the phone with someone. Awful experience. I didn't know what he was supposed to do so I asked him to leave. He did nothing but waste time.
