The onion rings were crispy and addictive, the ginger fries had the perfect kick and were seasoned beautifully, and the chips & salsa were fresh and full of zest -- easily some of the best I've had at a brewery. It's a quaint little shop tucked amongst other small shops on Broadway. Scott is behind the fully stocked cheese case serving & SERVING with a smile. He was patient while we perused the case & asked questions. We sampled some cheeses to figure out what we like & what we didn't & ended up leaving with some yummy treats. Scott & Joe also have a little bit of a marketplace with delicious options of cured meats, crackers, jams, jellies, mustards & the like: perfect for any dinner party or snack plate. In my opinion, the best part is a not so secret little bistro section in the back where you can have a seat & be served some of the most delicious sandwiches, salads, & cheeseboards in the Hudson Valley.
