The space has been completely redone and the custom bar is honestly worth seeing on its own. Real creek rocks, a blue streak built into the surface, lights underneath. A lot of thought went into it. We started with the tiger chicken nachos and those things are as good as everyone says. I went with the smash burger for my main, nice crust on the patty, good toppings, nothing falling apart. My wife got the salmon and she was really happy with it too. The menu is set up so you can pop in for a casual weeknight meal or do something a little nicer on the weekend, which I appreciate. Someone from the ownership side stopped by our table to check in, which felt genuine, not just going through the motions. Live music was playing when we got there and it was loud enough to enjoy but you could still have a conversation. Prices are fair. We'll be back sooner rather than later.

She said they had to remake my order twice, but she never said anything. The food was really good but I only ate a few bites and had to leave. I only have an hour for lunch so I had to take it to go.... If you have time to wait this is a good place to eat.

We started with the spinach artichoke dip, which comes out hot and disappears fast. Definitely order it. Then split a South Mountain Chicken pizza, which was really good, thin crust with that slight char you only get from a real brick oven. The wood fired wings are worth getting too, we went with the honey sriracha sauce and would order those again without hesitation. The craft beer list is genuinely impressive for a town this size. They rotate well and usually have some solid NC breweries on tap. Prices are fair across the board. Staff kept things moving even when it got busy, and the vibe is just comfortable without trying too hard. One of the better spots in the area by a wide margin.
